My problem is just that I feel like I can get more selling it at a BR than I can get trading it with you. Especially since most of the energies I'm looking to trade for are the least played of the types.

Maybe a deal just can't be worked out this time.

Could you do 13 for just the FA Tornadus EX?

If so, I'd like 9 Psychic and 4 fire. Again, types that are in a lesser demand than the others.

How many energies could you offer for each of these primes/legends?

I have no needs in that range. I'd rather downgrade as part of a trade for cards I need, rather than spend postage to just get rid of a full art. Lmk if there is something(s) you want and I could revise my offer. But I at least want the terrakion ex involved. Ebay completed has it around $12-13 averaged. Thats why I offered $10ish. Thats upgrading your Regi for $2-3.
