This set is one in a series of sets whose DS-transmitted data is linked together. Here's a road map of the sets:

EX: Aqua's Fury
-A set involving Team Aqua. Focus is Water-types.
EX: Magma's Wrath
-A set involving Team Magma. Focus is Fire-types.
EX: Flora's Rage
-A set involving Team Flora. Focus is Grass-types.
EX: Plasma's Anger
-A set involving Team Plasma. Focus is Electric-types.
EX: Rocket's Madness
-A set involving Team Rocket. Focus is Poison-types and variety.
EX: Team Mania
-A big reprint set. Which of your favorite cards are making a comeback?
EX: Return to Light
-A set devoted to Light Pokémon, Dark Pokémon's exact opposite.
EX: Draco's Emergence <-- YOU ARE HERE
-A brand-new team steps up to the plate. Focus is Dragon-types.

This set focuses on Team Draco, a brand-new team using mainly Dragon-types in their quest to control Rayquaza and stablize the weather. In addition to cards with Draco in their name that symbolize Team Draco-possessed Pokémon, there are also a selection of Dark Pokémon corrupted by Team Draco, normal Pokémon that evolve into the Darks, and three new Holon Pokémon that can double as Energy cards. Let's just say that Holon isn't exactly safe from Team Draco.

A little background on this new team:

This set is Team Draco's world debut. This team, led by a woman named Dralene, specializes mainly in Dragon-types and Pokémon in the Dragon egg group, although there are some Ghost- and Normal-types on the side. As mentioned before, the Pokémon Dralene covets most isn't Kyogre or Groudon, but Rayquaza, and Dralene strives to put the world under climate control with Rayquaza's Air Lock.

The members of the team had previously been ranchers at a Swablu ranch owned by Dralene, a ranch that raises Swablu and Altaria for multipurpose use. There were three main areas of the ranch, each ran by one of Dralene's personal assistants; two of these assistants are women. Each of the assistants had their own ranch hands, most of them women with a few men mixed in, under pay to do farm work. However, once Dralene became enamored by Rayquaza, the ranch began obtaining Poochyena, Mightyena, Zubat, Golbat, Crobat, and other Dragon-type and Dragon egg group Pokémon. This led to the purchase of a rocket, an orbiter, and a space station attachment. Once everything was prepared, Dralene, the assistants, and the ranch hands boarded the rocket and blasted off into outer space, where Team Draco now run their main operations, abandoning the ranch in the process. Dralene's personal assistants are the team's admins, while the ranch hands are the team's grunts.

However, this team tends to show up to multi-team missions late, often after the other teams involved have already left. This means that they are often the only evil team on a scene, which leaves no help when it comes to using space equipment to test Dralene's master plan. Also, the grunts aren't the brightest bulbs in the bunch. Also, Team Cipher's Greevil doesn't seem to trust Dralene...

Also in this set are many Team Draco Trainer cards inspired by those from other teams in other sets. When making references to certain types involving Team Draco, cards with multiple types in their attack costs takes precedence over all others.

Just for the record, ALL Stage 1 Fossils in this set are required to evolve from Mysterious Fossil, which is NOT provided in this set. No exceptions. The only Stage 1 fossil in this set is Draco's Aerodactyl, which is allowed an HP cap as high as 80. No higher than that.

All Pokémon types presented in this list are straightforward. There are no dual-types in this set.

LMAO.
Carrington, please, do not require people to delete the posts from the KH set. Let em leave them there, so I can at least say that SOME of the cards got done...=/

I don't see what you have against Señor Torchic, I mean he's arrogent, tyranical, viscious, and backstabbing but that's why we love him XD.

{W}{W} Engulf The Defending Pokémon can't retreat during your opponent's next turn. If the Defending Pokémon tries to attack during your opponent's next turn, your opponent flips a coin. If tails, that attack does nothing. (Benching either Pokémon ends this effect.) 20

Weakness: {L}

Dark Feraligtr
100 HP {W}
Stage 2 Pokémon (Evolves from Dark Croconaw)

Poké-POWER Frighten

{F}{F}{C} Draco Crush You may discard an Energy card attached to Draco's Tyranitar. If you do, this attack does 50 damage plus 20 more damage. 50+
{F}{F}{F}{F}{C} Earthquake This attack does 10 damage to each of your own Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) 100

Weakness: {G}
Resistance: {P}
Retreat Cost: {C}{C}{C}

ensignmerlin: I "love" you too. XD

lorak: Indeed....then again, he NEVER replies to ANYTHING ANYONE ever says...

Charizardian: Not a bad idea..not a bad idea at all. Then again, him and his lackey always do entire sets by themselves, so that wouldn't be very effective.

Please do not post spam in this thread. One more piece of spam in this topic and I'll report all of it to the moderators. I don't spam the Kingdom Hearts set, that means you shouldn't spam this one.

{R}{R} Ball of Flame You may discard a {R} Energy card attached to Dark Magcargo when you use this attack. If you do and if your opponent has any Benched Pokémon, choose 1 of them and this attack does 20 damage to it. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) 20

Weakness: {W}
Resistance: none
Retreat Cost: {C}{C}{C}

Draco's Latias
70 HP {P}

You don't answer questions, either.
And frankly, you're one to tell people what not to do - last I checked, everyone hates it when you try boycotting stuff, trying to tell them what not to do =/

Oh, and here, it's not spam:

Draco's Ekans
Basic [G] Pokemon
40 HP

[G] Poison Sting
The Defending Pokemon is now Poisoned.

Weak: [P]
Resist: None
Retreat: [C]

Oh! And he didn't delete his Kingdom Hearts cards either!

Here are my first ideas for this set!

Draco’s Swablu
Pokémon card
{C}
40 HP
Basic Pokémon
Weakness: {L}
Resistance: {F} 30
Retreat cost: {C}
PokéBODY: Cloud Defense As long as a Stadium card with Draco in its name is in play, all damage done by attacks to Draco’s Swablu is reduced by 20 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).
{L} Dazzle Blast Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused. 10

Draco’s Swablu
Pokémon card
{C}
50 HP
Basic Pokémon
Weakness: {L}
Resistance: {F} -30
Retreat cost: {C}
{C} Fly Flip a coin. If heads, prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to Draco’s Swablu during your opponent's next turn; if tails, this attack does nothing (not even damage). 10
{W}{L} Dragon Spark Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 20 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Draco’s Altaria
Pokémon card
{C}
80 HP
Stage 1 Pokémon
Evolves from Draco’s Swablu
Put Draco’s Altaria on the Basic Pokémon
Weakness: n/a
Resistance: {F} -30
Retreat cost: n/a
PokéBODY: Dragon Gain Draco’s Altaria gains +10 HP for each Stadium card in play with Draco in its name.
{W}{L} Draco Materia Return all Energy cards attached to Draco’s Altaria to your hand or this attack does nothing. This attack does 30 damage times the number of Energy cards you returned. If Magic Materia: Ultima is attached to Draco’s Altaria, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused and Burned. 30x
{W}{C}{C} Dragon Zephyr If Blackthorn City Gym, Colorless Stadium, or Egg Fleet is in play, this attack does 40 damage plus 30 more damage for each of those Stadium cards. Then, discard those Stadium cards. 40+

Draco’s Totodile
Pokémon card
{W}
40 HP
Basic Pokémon
Weakness: {G}
Resistance: n/a
Retreat cost: {C}
{W} Ice Punch Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed. 10
{C}{C} Bite 20

Draco’s Croconaw
Pokémon card
{W}
70 HP
Stage 1 Pokémon
Evolves from Draco’s Totodile
Put Draco’s Croconaw on the Basic Pokémon
Weakness: {G}
Resistance: n/a
Retreat cost: {C}
{W}{W} Aqua Slide Choose 2 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon. This attack does 10 damage to each of those Pokémon for each {W} Energy attached to Draco’s Croconaw. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
{W}{C}{C} Surf 40

Draco’s Feraligatr
Pokémon card
{W}
100 HP
Stage 2 Pokémon
Evolves from Draco’s Croconaw
Put Draco’s Feraligatr on the Stage 1 card
Weakness: {G}
Resistance: n/a
Retreat cost: {C}{C}
PokéBODY: Draco Reserve As long as Draco’s Feraligatr has any Draco Energy cards attached to it, each player’s Pokémon (excluding Pokémon that has Draco in its name) can’t use any Poké-Powers.
{W}{W} Hydro Attack Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed and this attack does 40 damage plus 30 more damage for each {W} Energy attached to Draco’s Feraligatr but not used to pay for this attack’s Energy cost. You can’t add more than 60 damage in this way. 40+
{W}{C}{C} Dragon Claw 50
For the record, Hydro attack only does added damage if you get heads. So if you have 4 {W} Energy attached to Draco’s Feraligatr, the attack will either do 100 damage and Paralysis or just 40 damage.

Since Burninating_Torchic's blatantly refusing to comply with the clause that states that whoever does part of a line is responsible for the whole line...

Draco's Arbok
80 HP {G}
Stage 1 Pokémon (Evolves from Draco's Ekans)

{L}{P} Thunder Bite Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned. 20
{G}{G}{G} Dragon Snake Search your deck for 2 different types (colors) of basic Energy. Show them to your opponent, then put them into your hand. You can't search your deck for a card that provides all types (colors) of basic Energy in this way. Shuffle your deck afterward. 40

Weakness: {P}
Resistance: none
Retreat Cost: {C}
Note on Dragon Snake: If a single card provides two different types of basic Energy (i.e. Missed Opportunities Magma Energy ({R}{D}), Final Fantasy VII Set Aeris's Energy ({W}{P}), etc.), that one card counts as your two basic Energy types. On the flip side, Emerald Set Volcano Energy counts as just one type ({R}) even though it provides 3 {R}, which means you could get it with a card such as Pokémon League Guys Volt Current Energy (1 {L}) to fulfill the two-type requirement.

Gastly
40 HP {P}
Basic Pokémon

{P} Lick Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed. 10
{C}{C} Slip Switch You can't use this attack if Gastly is an evolved Pokémon. Search your deck for any Basic Pokémon (excluding those with a Poké-POWER named Baby Evolution). Switch that Pokémon with Gastly, then shuffle your deck afterwards. (Any cards attached to Gastly, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokémon.)

Weakness: {D}
Resistance: {F}
Retreat Cost: none
Note on Slip Switch: The first sentence is a self-referencing reference preventing use of mechanics such as Recall or Memory Berry to allow a Stage 1 or Stage 2 card switch itself with a Basic Pokémon. Simply put: Sabrina's Alakazam (Stage 2) can't Psylink it, but the Mr. Mime Ditto from EX: Delta Species (Basic) can Copy it. This is to maintain consistency with the rule that forbids illegal evolutions that debuted with Neo Genesis.

Dark Haunter
60 HP {P}
Stage 1 Pokémon (Evolves from Gastly)

{P} Call Back You can't use this attack unless your opponent's Bench is full. Put a Baby Pokémon or Basic Pokémon card from your opponent's discard pile onto his or her Bench. Put 1 damage counter on that Pokémon.
{P}{P} Surround Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Asleep. If tails, the Defending Pokémon can't retreat during your opponent's next turn. 20

Weakness: {D}
Resistance: {F}
Retreat Cost: none

Dark Gengar
90 HP {P}
Stage 2 Pokémon (Evolves from Dark Haunter)

Poké-BODY Deep Sleep
As long as Dark Gengar is your Active Pokémon, a player flips 2 coins for each of his or her Pokémon that is Asleep at the end of each turn. If either of them is tails, that Pokémon is still Asleep. Additional copies of this power provides no additional effect.
{P}{P}{P} Pull In If your opponent has any Benched Pokémon, you may choose 1 of them and switch it with the Defending Pokémon (before doing damage or other effects of this attack). Either way, the Defending Pokémon is now Asleep. 30

Weakness: {D}
Resistance: {F}
Retreat Cost: {C}{C}

Slowpoke
40 HP {P}
Basic Pokémon

{P} Psyshock Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed. 10

Weakness: {D}
Resistance: none
Retreat Cost: {C}

Dark Slowbro
80 HP {P}
