Currently the deck below has tournament illegal cards. However, usually when I play at the Pokemon leagues we play for fun and don't worry about that. So,
1) Suggestions on what to replace to make it legal?
2) Suggestions to improve the deck, not caring about legalness

Right now I don't have another garchomp lv x, but I'm in the process of getting another one, so you can also suggests changes when there is 2 of them. With 2 Lv x I'm pretty sure I don't have to have the premier ball and some other rescues stuff in there.

Pokemon:
1 x Garchomp Lv X (Majestic Dawn)
2 x Garchomp
2 x Gabite
3 x Gible
1 x Azelf (Legends Awakened)
1 x Unown Q (Majestic Dawn)
4 x Sableeye (Stormfront)
2 x Larvitar
2 x Tyranitar Prime
1 x Lunatone (Great Encounters)
1 x Aerodactyl GL

Supporters/Trainers/Stadium:
3 x Rare Candy
1 x Broken Timespace
2 x Twins
1 x Interviewers Questions
1 x Flower Shop Lady
2 x Pokemon Collector
4 x Bebe's Search
3 x Felicity's Drawing
2 x Expert Belt
1 x Luxury Ball
2 x Pokemon Rescue
1 x Junk Arm
1 x Premier Ball
1 x Pokemon Communication
2 x Switch

Energy:
11 x Dark
2 x Rescue

Strategy:
This revolves around Garchomp Lv X's free attack cost move called Restore. Restore lets you search your discard pile for a Pokemon and put it onto your bench as a basic Pokemon. Then, you can attach up to 3 basic energy from your discard pile to that pokemon.
Garchomp Lv X also has a free retreat cost.

So, I use Lunatone, Felicity's Drawing, and junk arm to discard energy and Tyranitar into my discard pile. I use Restore to bring out Tyranitar with 3 energy. I retreat Garchomp for free my next turn and bring up Tyranitar. I attach one energy, and he's ready to use Megaton Tail.

In the case Garchomp is knocked out:
I use rescue energy's on Garchomp so that everything goes back into my hand in the case he is knocked out. I use the broken time space to put it all (except the Lv X of course) back onto my bench.
Or, if I already have another garchomp being built up on the side, I use Pokemon Rescue and Premier Ball to get the Lv X back.

I use Flower shop Lady if my deck is thinning out too much.

I use Sable Eye to start using supporters to set up. Setup can sometimes be slow, which results in my opponent having 1 less prize card, so I have the twins to get me the cards I need.

The Larvitars are in there in case I have a problem with setting up Garchomp, so I can rare candy them in Tyranitar if worse comes to worse.

I use the azelf in case my Garchomp Lv X is in my prize cards. Although when I probably get that second Lv X in, I probably don't need that Azelf I think.

Unown Q and swtich used to move out Sable eye. Switch's to switch Tyranitar or other Pokemon.

Aerodactyl GL I just kind of threw in there to have another basic pokemon, and it has some draw power.

Thanks if you can provide any suggestions!

I sorta like the Garchomp Lv.X usage in this deck. I never thought of Garchomp Lv.X helping Tyranitar (mostly because I did not know Garchomp Lv.X exists XD ). It's a good strategy.

Thanks, raquaza2222. :)

Porii Sames: I don't really want to use a Stage 2 tech like Nidoqueen because I think it takes too long to get it up, and I think that card space can be put to better use some how.

I don't know if there's anyway to make it faster..that's one thing I'd like to get it to do.

Also, garchomp lv X can raise any pokemon, excluding LV X's. I think Tyranitar Prime is a pretty good choice, but I'm also open to other ideas.

I think the best choice instead of tyranitar is scizor prime. With the same strategy, it does only 10 less than tyranitar, but it doesn't discard 3 cards. It also can evolve much more easily if necessary. The other good option would be Dialga and Palkia LEGEND. It has the power to add almost endless prize cards, and remove benched pokemon from play. Not to mention it has 160 HP.

EDIT: I know what your wondering. Can you really play a LEGEND with restore? I think the answer is yes because I have a couple of garchomp lv.Xs myself, and I just read the attack. It should be fine.

LoL! Exactly..I was wondering if you could play a Legend with restore.

Well, what I like about Tyranitar is that he has awesome HP. Although, if I'm going to base it on scizor, a stage 1, wouldn't it be more efficient just to play him in a deck normally than use restore in that case?

Legends have awesome HP as well..I wanna double check on if you can restore legends. Says "Search your discard pile for a Pokemon." Some Legends have two on them, so would that make them plural? Some are single..so would that be okay? I'll double check in the card ruling section.

might be the wrong place to ask, but since it is related I thought I would. If you play snowpoint temple do the restored stage 2 pokemon get +20 HP? I doubt it, but it is worth a shot.

actually you cant

Q. Can I choose one or both halves of Lugia LEGEND with Garchomp Lv.X's "Restore" attack, and play it on my Bench?
A. Restore cannot put either of these on the bench. It can't bench both halves of a Pokemon LEGEND with Restore, because it is searching for "a Pokemon". A single Pokemon LEGEND half is considered "a Pokemon" in your discard, so you could only choose one of the two Lugia LEGEND halves. However, one half of a Pokemon LEGEND cannot be brought into play alone, so you couldn't put it on your bench. (Feb 18, 2010 PUI Rules Team)

actually restored pokemon arnt evolved so they will get 20 more hp

LoL. Neat on snowpoint temple.

@Porii: Don't know why I didn't figure that out. K, I'll think about it.
