All of us from Team San Antonio wish you a speedy recovery. It just wouldn't be a regional down here without ya'll here. Take care my friend. ~Jose~
 
I am still here Toni- albeit barely lol

This thing has been just a nightmare on this end.

Thanks to you ( and EVERYONE! ) who asked or cared enough to comment. Means a lot to me.

Surgery is now "when", not if. Waiting to get rid of the infection all over my colon, then he
is going in . He says it is "minor" surgery. Whatever. Not his belly getting carved open.
Times like this will definately test your faith. Mine is strong, so I believe i will be o.k.

TRYING to 1st get through states before surgery - but this may not be an option anymore.
We will see.

Actually it really is what you would call minor sugergy. Couple hours in, 2-3 weeks recovery, and
i should be as good as new. Time will tell, but i sure hope so.

Rick must have misunderstood me yesterday on the cell phone.Sorry. I go in on 2-26
to have part of my colon removed( 8 or so inches). States is 50-50 at best- but GOD
willing i will fully recover.

Thanks to ALL of you who posted your besh wishes and concerns. Our community is the
BEST out there and you've all shown me this time and time again.

Mom, Pop, Vince, Rick and Chris- thanks so much. Keep those thoughts going next Monday.

Unless plans have changed, John goes in on Monday for his surgery. Keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
