Ok, I did some research and found thing in POP Rules

"13.2. Conceding a Match
Players are allowed to concede a match to their opponents if they wish, and
judges should allow players the opportunity to offer a concession if time is called
on an incomplete match, but before tie breakers are determined."

Looks like I need to speak with my local PTO to find out why it hasn't been allowed in our area.
 
I know playing kingdra is a really good deckchoice to win but down here the New England Metagame is so fierce. It isnt just like Dusknoir and Kingdra like it is down in New Jersey which I wish it was.

Whatever you play, everyone else plays in new jersey. I heard you got people playing like 2-3 unknown g's in all of their decks because they fear your dusknoir. :lol: The only reason I wish my metagame was like yours would be to see some multiple of decks in a tournament. I see like a variety of decks between swiss and top cut son. I wanna face gengar, kingdra, or dusknoir 5-6 straight times.

Also im not driving down there to play. :( I wanted to go to that black friday thing a while back but I wasnt driving 4 hours. I'll prob see you at Regionals.

UPDATED! Happy Holidays ppl! I have an unsuspected City Championship tommorow so make sure you keep checking my thread and stay tuned. Why u ask? Becuz the deck I play tommorow has a slight twist of a tech that could see alot of future play at tournaments from around the world. So if u wanna know what the ingenuis tech is then STAY TUNED!!

I remember last year when some kid won like three citys and scooped to this kid in the finals because he already won 3 citys and didnt need a 4th. It shows really good sportsmanship and having fun more then anything. I already have my worlds invite so I really dont need to beat everyone up in citys. This is leaned more towards SOTG in my oppinion. Unless you could pull out the actual rule of collusion then im pretty sure your wrong.

THE SECRET TECH was a 1/1 Weavile and 1 Lake Boundary for Dusknoir and Gengar decks. The tech works nicely but when you dont face gengar or dusknoir decks the tech is completely useless. So I decided to take it out at the new york tourney I went to because no one played it there. Just another note of a tech....If Kingdra and Gengar is heavily played in your area then Ditto tech with a water or psychic energys in ur deck is really good. I got a double header of citys this weekend so stay tuned if you wanna know wat the champ plays and how it went down.

ditto really is a very nice tech against kingdra. congrats on the record with obama!

Anyways, interesting to know that Weavile is a nice and decent tech, however - did you play it in kingdra, or was it something else as i might've misheard or misread something.
