i am excited to...i really liked being able to smash johto then go beat kanto all on the same game!! and i like how the pokemon follow you!! do u no when it comes out??
 
its been a looong time now. has anyone else noticed that the Generation II games die out faster than other games? my gold and crystal versions both dont keep saved games for more than a few minutes. it basically makes it impossible to play.
anyways i cant wait for these games, definitely the best.
 
mine never died. i just think its kinda [not good], but pretty cool the little pedo meter thing that lvls pokemon as you walk

Guys, for the very best news on this game in english go search the net. They have many screen shots. ANY of the pokemon can follow you! you can turn around and talk to your pkmn! preorder starts july 4th!!!!! If you pre order you get a lugia or ho oh statue respectively, order both and you also get an awesome arceus statue as well! Im not sure when it will be out, im sure you'll know on july 4th when you preorder it. This is going to be the best pokemon game EVER.:pokeball::pokeball::pokeball:

This would be the game I would create if I was on the pokemon team:

You can start as a boy or a girl, and customize your character at the start. It would feature an all new region, plus a means to unlock all other regions. All the pokemon could follow you of course, There would have to be a gym creation mode for players who beat all leagues in all regions, where you could design a simple gym, put weak trainers in there, then make yourself the gym leader with all your favorite pokemon at lvl 100. People could challenge your gym via nintendo wifi and earn a badge that you design! Try to earn badges from all over the world!! But thats not all, run into someone in real life, and they can challenge your gym in real time via wireless connection! Did I mention that there would be secret rare dark pokemon? Look for thew release in the future: Pokemon Apocalypse: revelation and Pokemon Apocalypse:Destruction
One more thing it would have: A DECENT STORY WITH INTERESTING DIALOG!!!!!!

Don't go spreading rumors that just aren't true. Do a little research before spouting stuff like this.

Main line Pokemon games are traditionally released in the fall in Japan, and then in the Spring in English.

I have little doubt that will happen again this time.

it was a skateboard in the manga, but it turned into a scooter when gold raced against whitney

Lugia and Ho-Oh are capturable.

As far as I know in G/S you didn't have to catch the dogs to unlock the tower. Not 100% sure though.

That's definitely not going to happen. Like Bullados said, you'd get more cred if there was a source cited and the information is accurate. Guessing when you think the game will come out won't help this discussion any.

one thing false about that statement. in september 2004, pokemon firered and leafgreen were realeased. but ya, other than those two, they are usually released around the spring after japan gets it.
