I've stuffed your life up haven't I, just by putting Random Receiver in the supporter section on 1 deck list? Anyways, you recommendations are really good. I'm going to a league this Wednesday so I'll probably play both lists there ( if I'm not playing Plasma Klinklang as the is horribly fun to play).
@pokemonjoe: Can you please stop posting on my posts if all you're going to do is criticize me. Anyways, no this isn't to show of my deck building skills, this is to see if the list can be improved PROPERLY. If this was to show off my deck building skills I probably would of bragged to my friends instead of posting it here.

The main reason I posted that was because of your rude reply to the advice given by FSULugia. You exclaimed that you were right, when in actuality, you were wrong. Most of that advice given by FSULugia was in fact right.
-3 Colress
You don't need this, it's simply an inefficient draw supporter, considering the low amount of Pokemon you run.
-3 Enhanced Hammer
You do not need 4. Period. You can junk hunt for them if you really need them, and if you really want to get rid of energy, Crushing Hammer works for special energy as well.
+2 Juniper
It's the best draw supporter in the format right now, and works perfectly with your deck. There's no reason to not run 4.
+1 N
The second best draw supporter in the format, it's a great disruption tool as well. Again, no reason to not run 4.
+2 Dark Claw
If you want the magic numbers to add up perfectly, you need a couple of these.
+1 Ultra Ball
4 is needed to hit the pokemon you need quickly, and it discards energy for you, increasing the chance of a T2 Night Spear.
+1 Bianca
You need more supporters, and this is the next most efficient.
-1 Darkrai EX
You won't need more than 3 over the course of the game, especially considering the fact that Sableye and Keldeo EX are also prizes for your opponent.
I would also drop the Gold Potion for a Computer Search. It doesn't really make it so your opponent didn't attack last turn at all. Against Darkrai, they also have the bench snipe. If they have Dark Claw and HTL, they can 2HKO you, regardless of Gold Potion. Against Blastoise, they can either use BKEX to OHKO you, or load enough energy on Keldeo. Finally, I would also drop the hammers, as they aren't helpful enough to warrant the space.

Colress is a seriously overrated card in general. Even in decks where its good in, its too situational to work most of the time. Especially in this deck where theres no Emolga or anything that spams the bench. Even on a good set up Colress gets you around 4-5 cards, that usually happens either mid-late game or if you can spam a bench (which in this deck you cant).

The thing is you want a good set up early game and N/Juniper help accomplish that. Colress wont do that for you, especially when your more dependent on your opponent than yourself for it to work.

I personally would try some Bicycle instead of Bianca since you can Junk hunt it.

Hammertime deck is a pretty good deck to play and now with the release of Hypnotoxic Laser and Virbank City Gym, this deck could actually hold it's own against Rayeels and maybe Landorus/Mewtwo.

Darkrai Ex x 4
Sableye x 4
Keldeo x 1

Pokemon: 9

Colress x 3
N x 3
Skyla x 3
Professor Juniper x 2

Supporters: 11

Gold Potion x 1
Pokemon Catcher x 4
Hypnotoxic Laser x 4
Virbank City Gym x 2
Crushing Hammer x 4
Enhanced Hammer x 4
Ultra Ball x 3
Dark Patch x 4
Energy Switch x 4

Trainers: 30

:dark:Darkness Energy x 10:dark:

Energy: 10

This deck works just like the original Hammertime in every way with almost no differences. I chose Gold Potion over Computer Search because Gold Potion pretty much says to your opponent, "you didn't attack last turn". Computer Search is only for early game but if you're used to playing Hammertime you should have all the cards you need in your discard pile, ready for Sableye to get them out. Enhanced Hammer is for when going up against decks like Hydregion/Darkrai that need special energy. If you play this deck right, you should have at least 1 Darkrai set up by T2.

I like the deck idea. I am a bit curious why you have opted out of Bicycle, it seems like a match made in heaven with Sableye, as you can hand down to nothing quickly and then keep drawing at least 2, maybe 3 cards a turn as long as you don't get stuck with a full hand. maybe a possible 1, maybe 2 copy add? just a thought, otherwise it looks like a solid deck
