Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Hello Everybody!

hello everybody... Im wondering if there is a (SELL) thread on this site... i want to sell all of my cards and i have a chart with cards and prices... let me know please and thanks alot :)

Konnichiwa, everyone! I'm Destinii Haruya, age 11, TCG player and anime geek. I live in Scotland so I don't get to events or anything, but I read about 'em online and watch videos, so don't think I don't know Pokémon. If you find me annoying, file all complaints to my mum. :p

Hi, I am new, I am a friend of "Olliver" and have been playing Pokemon for over a year and am currently making a Magmortor deck but employing a G&G deck and such.

Hello, I'm SpinDashMaster. Most people around my home sites on the internet just call me SDM, though.

As you might have guessed, I'm an expert when it comes to Sonic the Hedgehog gameplay and racing online. My friends and I have apparati that allow us to play classic video games online together, and we take that opportunity every Sunday.

Before I became a Sonic freak, I once tried to find my grace in the Pokemon TCG some years ago (2000-2002 I think it was). I went by the alias Kangaskhan000 on the WotC's old Pokemon forums, discussing card rulings and deck setups in the non-formatted field.

Now that I bring that up, it has come to my attention that several aspects of this forum appear strikingly similar to that of the WotC's setup, including: "Random Topic Center" (a.k.a. RTC), the Pokemon Professor Test (Which I never took back then because it required Java, and my computer was awful [which was also a cause of my many double-posting offenses, heh.]), its matching icons, the forum arrangement (although clearly there are significant changes, the general framework looks much like the old one), and a few distinct names (Yes, I know mine wasn't too original back then, but several others' names did stand out).

That led to some reminiscing: one of the things I'd like to accomplish here is to meet up with my old friends from the WotC forums. It would be a refreshing event to speak with them after all these years.

Well, enough about my petty hobbies, here's my real savant: I'm an adjunct mathematics instructor at Auburn University Montgomery at the young age of 21! Well, not exactly: I work in the beginning and intermediate Algebra Labs by assisting students with entering answers, showing them how to approach complicated problems, and fixing major technical difficulties with the framework in the course. I also tutor locally in advanced math subjects (like Calculus) for a very affordable rate.

Well, now that I've finally finished writing this, I see now that it is significantly longer than most of the others. So, I'm either setting a good example or horribly breaking the forum policies. Oh well, I had fun writing this anyway. Pleased to meet you all, and hope to see you guys soon!

One last thing: If the alias I posted earlier rings a bell to anyone from WotC forums, please send me a PM. Thanks!

Hello everyone,

Been browsing on and off for a while and thought it was time to take the plunge and post something and a hello seems to be a start. I don't think that I will be a frequent poster by any terms but I enjoy some of the postings and find them interesting and insightful. I have been playing since about a year after pokemon came to the US. My son was interested and it seemed like a good time. He allowed me to pick through the cards and I won the first tournament I entered with charmeleon and wartortle as my big hitters... it has been a long time. Wins have been fewer and farther between. My son plays less and less but I still enjoy it. Looking forward to browsing some more.

Take care,

Hi people.
I'm trying to get back into the game. so whoo and stuff I guess.
At least this game isn't as expensive as Yugioh >.>

Greetings...

I've just joined PokeGym in the hopes of learning a ton about the game, building decks, organized play, etc. My kids (ages 7 and 9) have drawn me into the game and we just attended our first POP event. It was great! I definitely see how you can get hooked big time.

Cheers!

Hey, I'm a long time CCG player, but somewhat new to pokemon. I know all the rules and such, I'm just unfamiliar with the big archtypes, and what staple-esc cards do :\

I joined this site, because my friend, whos been helping me transition into pokemon, linked me here and I thought it would be a good idea to join.
