Hey everyone!

I'm not new to Pokemon in any way, or form. Actually I'm 12 now, and have been involved with Pokemon since I was around 4 or so!

My favorite thing in the Pokemon world is probably the TCG, as that was the first thing I got into.

One of my favorite pokemon is Dragonite, and if anyone wants to trade me some (once I get a thread up) I'll be very happy!

Hey everyone...

I'm currently a MAJORLY closeted Pokemon fan as a 15 year old girl going to a New York City all-girls prep school in an environment where nobody plays video games, TCGs, etc. I've loved Pokemon since Kindergarten, and was an avid player through second or third grade. I dropped the TCG ages ago, but recently picked up a few starter decks and a buttload of booster packs from all the DP sets and I'm on my way to building decks for the DP era.

I don't know much of the TCG lingo, what's popular and what's not, and I'd love to be able to trade cards and search for the rarer ones on their own, but my parents would be aghast if they found I still liked Pokemon... I sneak out to Toys R Us and bodegas to pick up my cards, and it's sure straining my wallet!



In any case, too much intro? There's only one Pokemon League in NYC and it's pretty far away from me... no chance of joining anywhere, so I don't know how to get involved. Tips are appreciated.
