Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Highest amount of damage possible in Pokemon.

- Regarding prizes, I think several folks assume that since the game state is going to be artificial anyways, optimising the prizes was fair game.

- WHOOPS, I GOT CONFUSED, WE WERE LOOKING AT MD-INFERNAPE, IT IS 40 X, no FLIPPING, PL-INFERNAPE you flip, 80 x heads

So the winning current modified situation is:

MD-Infernape -with
56 energies - with
MD-Monferno burning a fire weak pokemon the turn before with the defending pokemon - with
the defending pokemon having 3 defenders on it during that turn so it took no damage - with
SV-Blaziken (FB) Lvl (Burning Spirit) on the bench for the opponent so that the active which was burned takes (+40 after weakness)

Total Damage = 4520 = (56x40) x 2 weaknes +40 Burning Spirit

i also think that a Exeggutor from frlg with a lot of DCE, scramble etc, a belt, 4 pluspower and a buck can do pretty decent dmg to a psy x2 weakness pokemon too :LD

I know the answear to this but you would be useing cards that have been rotated out if and it would be a set up match it takes a long time to explain. Okay you have the normel fourm dexoys in your deck and you have darkia x and have the water weavile and you have unkown n o d nod witch you can ask you oppoent to both drawn a prize card okay you have on psychich energy attched to dexoys and rest of them are dark energy's. And your oppoent hase sceptile from great encounters he hase all the leaf energy cards attached to him while he's on the bench and your oppoents active pokemon is misdrevus from undatunted that hase times two weakness two dark pokemon.

Why not just do Infernape PL then, and do twice as much? The same exact scenario, for 56x80 instead of 56x40.

Make this modified or you'll end up with a huge headache. If I recall correctly, the biggest number (without flipping coins) we came up for unlimited involved Rocket's Hitmonchan's Crosscounter attack.

heatran LA. atach as many energy as you can to hetran, max 59,x20 =1180
1180+40=1220
1220x 2(weaknes to fire)= 2440

I'm pretty sure Infernape PL wins if you're talking modified (3 cards for infernape, 1 prize, 56x80 x2 = 8,960)

Hey 'Gym!

I was wondering - what is the highest amount of damage possibly in Pokemon?

I've got an idea for it: Vibrava RR, your opponent has 59 energies in discard - yes, really :p - you've got E-Belt, 4 Plus Powers, and Strength Charm attached (we're going unlimited) and you're opponent has a Garchomp C up. That is (think I did my math right): 1180 (base damage) + 20 (E-Belt) + 40 (Plus Powers) + 10 (Strength Charm). That is 1250. Chomp C has the x2 weakness to :colorless:. Bam. 2500 damage!!!

Anyways, you guys got some ideas?

Your scenario is impossible. Even if you somehow managed to give your opponent 5 prizes by yourself, AND discard all his cards, he'd still need a Pokemon in play. So a maximum of 58 cards.
