how much is a trophie?

I didn't say that they are worth that, but if they cost $500 to make (as post #7 says), should cost as much or even more?
 
I do know that I had an intense Charizard Collector buy a 1st place states trophy (not off me or my kids) a few years ago, and gave $200 for that item.

That is the type of person who will get it.

I do not know any Luxray collectors.

A worlds trophy went off for less than $300 over a year ago.

I can see these trophies selling at the 75-100 mark, but I really would not want to be the seller.

These are earned, and all you really have to show your title. The bag, and box are going to be rather generic. The trophy is a true show piece.

i would!!!!!.......if i had some money, although i could offer you the contents of my pockets, $30 and some fluff.
 
guys, we're talking about ebay here, the place where you can win thousands off of a cornflake that looks like a state, getl a few million off of a pet rock, why wouldn't some crazed poke fan want to buy a solid crystal trophy?
 
After states last year 2007, I saw that someone sold their trophy for $85. I don't see the value in something like that if you haven't earned it but to each their own.
 
its a collectors item,....... and they look really cool on a book case or something with about 15 plusie piled around it.........
