ok well i just recently became a profressor and im just waunderin how i get the professor thing under my name and also im kinda waundering why i cant upload pictures any help would be awsome

As far as uploading pictures, all new members have to go through a waiting period before they can upload anything to the 'Gym.

I guess your second question about not being able to upload pictures is about your avatar? Because if that is what you're asking, then the answer is that it's currently not possible. You'll unfortunately have to wait until the next custom avatar day where well behaved members of enough time are permitted a Pokemon-related avatar under strict conditions.
