The link worked fine for me; it's a pdf file, so you need Acrobat Reader to open it...

Oh yeah, where ever you go, you bet there are going to be sneaky people just waiting on you to make that mistake of leaving your stuff unattended. Especially in limited space. So my recommendation, bring only what you need. Don't bring gameboys, iPods, and such. They'll make you uncomfortable and you'll probably loose something.Flare Starfire said:One thing that I see go overlooked at every tournament-
Do not under any circumstances, for any reason whatsoever, let any of your belongings out of your sight for a second. Take them with you. Be sure to gather all your coins, dice, and damage counters promtply after every game. (I count my dice to make sure they're all there.) If you look away, or heaven forbid walk away for even the smallest amounts of time, odds are that when you get back something (or everything!) will be gone. Why is this important? Because you not only lose your stuff, but such things need to be reported promptly to the TO so that they can get everyone quiet, make an announcement, look around... it uses resources and time. So be a great and responsible player! Never leave your stuff unattended for any reason, and everyone will go home happy ^_^

Aardvark Gym does this also. A good idea. Also, during registration and throughout the tournament, we'll be having players fill out a player match record just in case TOM "craps out" (or we lose power, etc) and we need to run the remainder of the tournament on paper.
