Here's the whole thing.
But here's the interesting part:
KidsWB ordered more than twice as many Pokemon episodes than Yu-Gi-Oh. Heck, MegaMan NT Warrior and the ultra-crappy Xiaolin Showdown had more episodes ordered (unless that 25 is just a typo, and 26 was intended, in which case they'd have the same amount, and be exactly half as many as Pokemon). Is there just not much Yu-Gi-Oh left to be had, or is Yu-Gi-Oh loosing steam? Or both? Cause it seems like in the past they would've ordered a full 52 episodes, I think.

Kids WB will unveil new episodes of various returning series, including: MegaMan NT Warrior (26 episodes); Yu-Gi-Oh! (25 episodes); Pokémon (52 episodes); Jackie Chan Adventures (13 episodes); ¡Mucha Lucha! (13 episodes); What's New Scooby-Doo? (13 episodes); and Xiaolin Showdown (26 episodes). Teen Titans will also be on the fall schedule.
