All in all it seems quite hard in my eyes to make it all happen, however, because it's very focussed on turn 1 heavy hit, you might want to add 2x pokerader and 2-3 dusk balls...

Lol I think he does mean that. This is my list, it's based on T1 Kingdra then powering up aqua streem as fast as possible.

Energy:

Everyone says that evolutionater shouldn't go in this deck, but I think they are wrong. If you have a water energy and a Kingdra in your hand but no candy, you can just attach an evolutionater, grab seadra, and then Evolve to Kingdra your next turn. Bubble coat for electric match-ups that aren't turning in your favor. Plus power for a quick boost to take out stage twos with 130 HP T2.

your list is good, but im going to stick with mine for the time being. after testing ive so far seen it beats a turn 2 scizor deck. This Deck does turn 1 60 everytime. Its To Cool.
