It is very good against donphan in the sense that donphan cannot retreat (high retreat cost) or switch (due to vileplume) out of the confusion/poison. It loses to Reshiphlosion, but not as bad as you might think. If vileplume gets out T2 then it severely cripples reshiphlosion's setup speed due to their inability to rare candy. I have recently built this so I haven't tested it out a ton. If I were you, I would try it out on one of the online simulators before investing in the deck. I think it is very fun and Sunflora provides a nice deck thinning aspect.

p.s. seeker is a must when running roserade

I'm really liking this, actually. You've got quite a deck here and I'm honored that you'd share with me. One question though, where does the umbreon come in? I understand its moonlit fang ability and all, but is it really worth leaving out an eevee/leafeon line for?

Maybe I'm just an idiot and I'm not seeing how wonderfully it would work in actuality, considering most topdecks do have stuff like that, magnezone for example.

Umbreon is just there for options. It is good against magnezone. Yanmega can just snipe around it. It probably isn't worth the space, honestly. Like I said, I haven't really tested it out that much. It might be good for stalling to gather more poison / burn damage. Test it out and see what you think.

Just an idea, if you are out of seeker, and you are up on prizes, a good combo could be Umbreon Prime+Shaymin.

Just a thought, would adding some techs disrupt your consistency? I mean the chance to get leafeon out with houndoom and roserade and start hitting for 150 in t2?

So I tested this deck out a bit last night and I"m rather disgusted with how slowly I got things out, maybe I just was making terrible draws but I couldn't get a leafeon or anything worthwhile until it was too late.

Thinking on putting in 2 dual balls and another communication.

Alright, so now I'm wondering if the Flower Shop Ladies are really all that helpful, as they're only returning basic energy to my deck (along with basic pokemon), while rescue and rainbow are what I'm mainly concerned about.

I considered switching it out for energy exchanger, but with vileplume, those wouldn't be of much use for me late game. SHould I maybe swap it out for interviewer's questions? Or should I just keep it as is? Much appreciated.

If you want something fun try my variation on the deck. I call it, "Bad Breath".

Carnivine is for getting any energy card to your hand with the attack.
carnivine will slow you down, as to get energy you should waste a turn.

I understand what Carnivine does, but that's what I meant, using an attack to get an energy is (in my opinion) a terrible move regardless of the circumstances because that's wasting an opportunity to do something else AND slowing you down.

If you don't have any other means of getting energies besides doing that, I'd think that your deck needs some work.

I did a bit more tweaking after some more trial and error, most error, runs and came up with something a little more like this:
