1. I did not see you come up with this idea in the first place.
2. Is that all you can think of to reply to my deck?

He made this deck out of japanese cards about a month before the set came out and was using it at our league.
It just so happens that there are so many people on the gym like you who have no idea what they are talking about that there is no real point in posting a deck when all you are going to get is like 89219 replies from baddies and maybe 1-2 replies from people who do not fail at this game.

Incidently, Energy Restore seems a bit pointless in the deck, since Vire SW can recover your Lightning and the Grass can be put back in with NM (and you shouldn't be losing too many Grass anyway)

Try taking them out for Warp Point, it could help with Vire's high retreat cost.

What will you do if you go against a deck with Cessation Crystal in it?? Maybey add in 1 or 2 windstorm or the Rottom since he doesn't need powers to charge some one up.

CHRNO this is DP-on.

I was thinking, there are many ways to get basics and few ways to get evolutions, which require supporters, so why not add in a few Duskballs?

If you play 3 Night Maintenance and 2 TSD, that would probably be overkill.

I was also wondering if this would be better with or without Elekid. Without it you wouldn't have that energy switch ability, but with, you could probably find speed in the trainers.

Energy patch from the next set looks interesting, as well as the evolutionater, deevolutionator tms.

Chrno is right, any Electivire deck not prepared to deal with power stoppage absolutely will have problems dealing with Plox, Glaceon Lv.X, or Cessation Crystal. That is a fact. Something to try and help alleviate that issue is required. I also like a Rayquaza ex δ tech. It does help deal with the Gardevoir and Glaceon, and can bounce you back into the game if you are down on prizes with ease. I don't prefer Rotom because it is an extra attack and essentially a free prize for an opponent with the upper hand.

Claydol is a nice accelerator, but I honestly think Delcatty is the play. When you have Delcatty early, it gets Electivire SW working for you much faster than with Claydol. You don't necessarily have to use an Electivire attack to get Electivire SW recycling energy. If you do stick with Claydol though, I suggest switching to TV Reporter instead of Professor Oak so you do have the ability to discard energy for Electivire SW early on.

Aparantly this deck is for DP on, so Cess isn't a worry.
Also, find me a person who will drop a Cess with Vire Lv X staring them in the face.

The only real trouble would be Glaceon LV.X.
PLOX will become MUCH slower without DRE.

Eventhough it might be weak against Poke-Power stopping decks, you can just switch to Leafeon LV.X to do heavy damage untill the PLOX Pokemon is KO'd.

The reason I put in Energy Restore is that just in case I get PLOX´d, I can quickly retrieve Energy in a Pinch without having to waste a Supporter or something.

I have noticed that there are only a few Grass Energy in the deck. When playing against Mag last Wensday, I lost because the much needed Grass Energy where in my Prizes. And since I already played all NM´s and ER´s, there was´nt much I could do about it.

Okay, it's been a while since I have update this thread and I have had the chance to test it against some archtype decks.
I have to add that I have asked my opponents if they would change the deck temporarely for me so that it's really DP on.

PLOX Won 2- Lost 1
It's weird to see how slow PLOX has got without the DRE. This is quite good for this deck since it can use atleast 1 or 2 Poke-Powers before getting PLOX'd. Then just either Leaf Guard them to death. That nifty 20 damage reduction comes really in handy with Umbreon in play!

Magmortar Won 3 - 2
You either get Vire out fast, or make sure you have Umbreon around because the Sniping and Fire weakness hurt. But overall, this deck is a tad faster. That should ensure victory unless you have bad luck like me.

G&G 2-2
Pretty much a stale-mate. Vire just gets killed the moment Sonic Blade is charged up. I noticed that I had to get Espeon out for the Revenge kill or just to do decent damage. Overall, it's so-so if you are having bad luck drawing the cards you need.

A T2 Infernape variant Won 0-Lost 2
Okay, as soon as they have Infernape, prepare for a beating. Free retreat and a attack that does heavy damage is not something to do something about. Since most Pokemon have around 90HP, it beats the heck out of almost every Active Pokemon.

-The unthinkable happened, got 9 turns in a row heads with Buzz's Thundershock attack!:cool::lol:
-My opponent wanting to test if the dice is'nt rigged and throws tails 6 times in a row concluding that he has really bad luck.

lol... That opponent was me . How can you possibly flip heads for like 9 times and when I tried it: 6 tails .

It took me some time to find this post in the first place btw. I forgot about your nickname on the gym! Anyway, nice report and I really like the deck. When I first played against it I never thought you were actually going to attack me with Umbreon or Espeon. So keep that tactic in mind.

I'm really looking forward to playing with you with my new Deadly Poison deck.

Hiya, welcome to pokegym!

I really don't know how. I think that even Quantum Fysics can't explain that....for the time being.

Don't sweat it. And yes, that is the best part of my deck; the possibility to get a surprise attack with them and benefit from neat effects. (Free Confusion and Power cancel anyone?)

I am looking forward to it too. 2 bad that it's the las league before the summer vacation. 6 weeks without chances to play test my new deck ideas. But I'll be quite busy moving to Wageningen, so that should keep my mind of things.

i think magmortar has you beat in speed by a lot, it can attack t2
you should play against mine in redshark if you ever get a chance

Why are you so agressive,I didnt see u at Nats bein aggressive, actually I didnt see u at Nats at all so give him a break, attacking someoneall the timeis dumb and you really need to get yourself in check because its a game, and people have to right to think what they will, just because you seem good at league, dosent mean your "SO" good. You dont know himand people on the gym so dont attack their skillz unless you know them personally. Thanx

Add in warps and switchs, they are needed.

That's what I've already figured out that it's really helpfull.

However, every card that's in the deck is nescesary for consistancy and speed.
And NO, I'm not removing Multi Energy since it gives me the ability to attack with Umby/Espy/Claydol.

Dang, I hate it when there is nothing to remove...

.....Maybe I could replace the 2 Energy Restores.....
I have found them verry usefull but....I have also had moment where I just flipped tails....soooo...........

*Edits decklist*

To increase the chances of not paying Heatran's and Magmortar's 3+ retreat when able.

And it's also nice to send your opponents hard hitting Pokemon and Snipe it KO.

 I have 0 ways to discard cards soooo...... I am not following your 'discard-and-damage'...thing.

And I definatley think this deck can be a tad faster than Gardevoir.

Also, It might be an idea to get Espeon out and charge him up while Umbreon is in play.
It can do 90 damage or even turn LB against them whilst also moving Energy to Bneched Pokemon.

The 4 WP is just an option. Nothing more, nothing less.

^As I said, the only way energy get in the discard is through being attached to a KO'd Pokemon.
