"Lord of the Rings: Return of the King" How crazy are you to go see it.

I know this isn't the place to discuss it, but why does everybody bash george lucas?

Anyway, back on topic.
After having time to meditate on the movie. A lot of little changes from the books still irk me, but I can get over them and love the movie. The Faramir in ROTK totally made up for the crappy portrayal of Faramir in TTT.

I can't wait for the DVD (May is what they (the rumors) are saying , whoo!) But the real gem will be the EE, which is reportedly gonna be over 5 hours! I can believe it with everything they need to add. (Mouth of Sauron, Houses of Healing, Saruman, Aragorn/Palantir, leaving orc disguises, Sam singing in Cirith Ungol, Pukel-men, Battle of Corsairs, etc. (all of the top of my head, hehe))

I just saw it a few days ago. oh...my...G-D! It was awsome. What was even funnier was the fact that i got the RoK video game (GCN might i add) on Christmas, so it was probably bad timing. I guess I should have seen the movie first before playing the game :lol:

you know the only thing i was looking forward to about ROK was that it'd give Jason from Foxtrot, the comic strip, some ammo. Good times when geeks take center stage. That was a good week. I can definately wait for dvd. Man, i GOT to have a fridge and a toilet to sit through a 3+ hour movie. And i thought the FIRST one was an endurence test!
