Woooo, excellent. I'll definitely be there.

M45, I'm assuming you're running it? or were you just fastest to post about it?

Wow, I didn't expect this at all. Pastimes seems really small to be holding a Regional. Oh well, I'm sure you'll work it out, Vince. I'll definitely be there.

I guess there's always next year for me... the MS Valley and S. Plains are my hood now. I'm sure someone will chant "Pooka" in my place... they seem to be unfamiliar with that down south here...

Interesting... I'm assuming that Alan is renting out some space somewhere, cuz last year's Regionals at Misty Mountain were HUGE, taking up about 2/3 of a store that was probably larger than the old Pastimes location.

Nice to know that you're at least getting a say in this one, Vince! Now to get my ride back up there...

Oh yeah.

Sounds good.

This time, let's hope it's not my school work that screws me over ;_;

Its definately closer than Madison, but the new location is small compared to their old facility. I thionk they coulda got it in their old space but probalbly not this. Maybe like a convention Center in Rosemont or something.

Wow i havent seen pastimes run a regional tournament for a long time. I hope i win again like that last tournament on december 18th im there!!!

Have Professor Coat - will travel!

Yes, as "guessed" I am coming up to coordinate this event and make sure it runs smoothly on "gameday"

Anyone interested in staffing this event, please PM me.

Will there be a limited amount of people that can attend (and play) ?
If there is, do you expect it to reach the limit or be close (for any of the age catagories) ?
Can people pre-register for the event ?

Just wondering how that works ?

Thanks
:pokeball:

No limit as to the number of players. You show up, you WILL play.

We do have an "overflow" plan if more than 300 people show up.

Keep it real folks, come and play!

Thanks M45

I ask because we're planning on attending :thumb: but it's quite the trip and we would have had to re-think it if there was limited registration and no way to pre-register (risk of a long trip for nothing )

That's one less obstacle now, I guess it will come down to which Regional comes first, and if we win one before this   Then we wouldn't be able to go (with the new one and done rule, but I'm sure we wouldn't mind missing it in that case  ).

Looking forward to this one ...................

Whoa! How much room do they have at the new store? I was under the impression it was smaller than the old location across the street.
