72 boosters for 10 dollars. Do it. Nothing else included. Cheaper to make more cards than sleeves, deck boxes, or whatever. We buy packs to get new cards just, right?

It depends on how the previous survey went on the box art and if you even do sleeves, but i think using the same art/style on the sleeves would look very sexy, hell might even be a trade of Japanese players importing English sleeves! You could also do a few different legendaries per ETB and it can kind of be a trade thing so people can swap to they get the one they want(random full set of a legendary per box). Having more than one pattern of sleeve would also reduce the issue we are having with the dice "Is that my dice or yours"/"Is that your card or mine".

Just some thoughts, thank you for the survey and look forward to seeing the result whatever you end up doing.

Matching art sleeves and deck box (better quality) would be great addition for the $5 extra!
Would also be interesting if there were different variations put out there, I am sure that would cost more to
manufacture though (have ones with different art on sleeves). I would also recommend having a variety of
different color dice included (maybe randomly disbursed amongst the Elite Trainer Boxes).

Hey Dylan, quick question before I answer. When you talk about a higher quality plastic deckbox, I get two thoughts - The prerelease deckboxes, and the nicer boxes like the Black/White Ultra Pro boxes. Both are higher quality than the current cardboard box, but it's a pretty big difference.

The deck box would be nicer than the pre-release deckbox (velcro flap, etc.) not as nice as say the worlds magnetic double deck box.

The sleeves would be sleeves I would play with. I don't play with bad sleeves. If you ever used sleeves from a cool game called The Spoils, they would be in that area.

Just like the current box, the deckbox & sleeves would match the overall design feel of the ETB.

Only concern with adding extra stuff is the cost to international buyers.
Here in Aus, most stores were selling them for $60! There was one that had them for $45, which most players found was just right, but with it being just the one store with them at a half decent price they sold out quite fast.

adding a few ore energy might be handy, to make total of 9 of each energy. that way at pre releases you could hand each player one elite trainer box with 7-8 packs, sleeves, deck box and dice etc and they just work away making deck from it.

Matching sleeves and deck box would be more in line with similar products available in Japan. I think this would have the most impact on attractiveness of product.

One thing to mention. For sleeves, please give us 62-64 sleeves in a pack. Being unable to use your sleeves because of a couple torn corners is very annoying.

The first option of the survey is:

An additional booster, and ~65 card sleeves (and no deck box at all)

Make sure you guys take the survey and not just post here. I'm sure the tallied results do more to sway opinions than forum posts which the big brass likely don't read.

We need your feedback on one very impactful point. Feel free to leave any comments in this thread, but the survey answer is the important bit.:

THE SURVEY

Thanks again for your feedback everyone!

The fact that TPCi is going out and asking us, the customers, for feedback for future product development is quite frankly fantastic. I am enamoured with the idea of surveys for future products.

On topic, I prefer the deckbox and sleeves, as you can still purchase packs and having more exclusive items in the trainer kit would attract more people. The deckbox and sleeves should be durable though; the current PR ones do not last long. Sleeves could be outsourced to Ultra Pro as has been previously mentioned, but it's up to TPCi at the end of the day.

I actually dislike ultra pro sleeves. Plain black or colored sleeves or japanese sleeves seem to shuffle better. Something is definitely better than nothing though.

Agree with this. In the UK it's £1=$1 if not worse which equates to about 50% more expensive.

If the sleeves are The Spoils quality sleeves then all buy an entire case of these ETB. The spoils have the best sleeves ive ever used.

I'm very particular about the sleeves I use at tournaments, but the ability to trade them off to others who value them highly is a huge plus. Sleeves all day with an extra pack please.

Also, I think this is the perfect prize for cities wins or product for prereleases. I would gladly pay the full 40 dollar retail price for a prerelease if this (and only this) product was given out. We would still use the packs to make decks and have a card box + counters for newer players.

Exo, This deck box you mentioned, will it fit a double sleeved deck like the Japanese deck boxes do?

THE SURVEY

Thanks again for your feedback everyone!

If it is relativity cheap and easy to include in the box... a small promotional advertisement for Organized Play printed on something a size of a card could be something that can be included in the box.

Something like this that Wizards did.

I believe they're rated at "room for 80 cards." There is more than one size of "Japanese deck box"

Let me clarify that a bit, I meant like the ones that can hold approximately 90 cards (in protective sleeves), or approximately 180 cards (without protective sleeves).
