Are you sure there are no limitations on Bannettes ability? Gengar (expedition) has the same ability, but you can only use it when your opponent has taken 3 prizes or more. If there is no restriction to this power...I don't even want to think about it.

You have four on the bench....then do R.Zapdos EX(lots of ex unfouruntaly...) do 70 and next turn move 30:)

Hey, Vicvic, no problem.

Sonar Lucario - Steel - HP70

[M][C] Metal Claw: 20 damage
[F][C][C] Bone Rush: Flip a coin until you get tails. This attack does 30 damage X the number of heads.

Weakness: Fire
Resistance: Grass
Retreat: 1

There are a ton of Lucario promos floating around right now, most I don't care to translate because the images are too small. That one was nice and readable, though. There are several Mew promos as well, and most of them are just reprints of the old fossil/promo Mew with Devo Beam. The one you linked to is different, though.

Mew - Psychic - HP70
Basic Pokemon

Poke-Body: React Shield
If Mew has any React Energy aattached to it, prevent all effects of attacks (excluding damage) done to Mew by your opponent's Pokemon.

[P][C] Confusion: 20 damage. Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed.

Weakness: Psychic
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Banette is pretty awesome. Most people can use a Supporter every turn, so having 6 Supporters in your deck early shouldn't be too hard. You could also use TV to discard one early, so yeah. It's also a Stage 1, which means...

Could we have another turn two deck on our hands? For a small amount of energy, you can do a lot of early damage, and then use that damage moving thingy to add 10 more damage.

Yeah...that could work, but youu're missing the best part. Bench damage (like spinning tail) with the ability to move damage wherever you want it is just too good to describe.

I think the main limitation is that he has to be active in order for his power to work. So, you can move a counter 2, maybe 3 times per turn. Unless you're reaaaallly going crazy with the STMs, Switches, and Warp Points--which I guess you would--but in that case you're burning resources, so the damage isn't really "free" anymore.

If I'm not mistaken, Banette ex has the lowest HP of any evolved ex released so far...and he's weak to Dark. He gets OHKOed by so many things that it isn't even funny. I'm not saying that he's bad (since he isn't), but I think he has enough going against him to keep him managable, if you get my drift.

You can only move ONE damage counter per turn. It's not like you can move everything around whenever you want. The whole Spinning Tail thing probably wouldn't work.

o_O

WHAT!?!

Great, the second after I find a deadly combo, someone reveals some huge flaw in it. I guess my Banette-ex/Feraligator-ex deck wont work then.

PS. Electrode-ex has 90HP also.

Hi spinach,

Feraligatr Ex did not work that well with Banette from the start even in case Shadow Move would work from the bench. With Dunsparce gone and an increased focus on fast decks bench size is usual small and the amount of decks which rely on their abilities are limited after the release of both new sets and the format rotation. That combo is just ways too slow.

Well i've figured out a nice combo with Bannette ex, but it must remain a secret. but i must say, Bannette ex is pretty nice.
EDIT: I found Scans if anyone is interested. Just go here ->Scans

Gatr and Bannette worked just fine together IMO. Your gonna be burning supporters with draw and should be able to draw into the basics and stuff. A deck doesnt necessarily have to be extremely quick to work. It set up fine everytime I tested it.

Anyways, Bannette is awful now that its limited to active

True. And I'm glad somebody has said that.

Hi Dom Jordan,

That is true. However Feraligatr Ex does not shut down abilities on Pokémon Ex and those are the ones with the best abilities. Furthermore bench size slimes down a lot since most decks do not benefit that much from a filled bench. Thus his first attack is much less effective. The other issue is that there are more fast decks out now and less means to send out sacrificial lambs such as Dunsparce while one fuels the main hitter slower on the bench. In case the previous stage is knocked out turn two the chances to take over board control decrease. I feel that there are better control decks out with the two new sets which need less Pokémon Ex.

Location: NEO

NEO is a region (NorthEastOhio)
yes, its a site but as far as im concerned ur not on there? ru ?

2nd of all: obv everything has a bad matchup -__-

I think Meganium is best with something else, i could be wrong, but Sunflora is just not strong enough. And Feraligatr might be owned by Meg, but Meg gets the beat down by Tex.
