Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Most Broken Card released in the last 2 years

Gotta call this out

You played Mighteyena (10-2-09), DuskChomp (11-30-09), Charizard (12-16-09), and so on. In fact you didn't start warming up to the LuxChomp bandwagon until around January of this year, well after DCE had been announced (you'll see that in the last link at the end of this paragraph). I'm saying this because lying and pumping your chest isn't good. And before you get all smug and elitist with your reply, as you have started becoming as of late, please take a moment to reflect on one of the best posts you made here.

You used to be fun to help and talk with, yet now less than a year later you are really describing yourself in that first post of that thread...

First and foremost, let me give you some props for knocking my point legitimately. I certainly don't remember, when I did bandwagon Luxchomp (and I admit, it was a bandwagon play), being aware of DCE's nearing release. It wasn't until after I played it, decided I disliked it, and then tested it more and figured out I was just doing it wrong (and it was still scary) that I really remember being cognizant of DCE.

But that was eight, nine months ago and I apparently don't have a clue. So kudos, and I accept the point. The fact remains that whether or not I played it, it was a sick deck that took on the rest of the format with ease well before DCE was released. (As if me playing it means anything!) My experience with the deck wasn't the point - my point was, it had been played and was doing well before DCE came out (in fact, wouldn't my bandwagon play make that point MORE sound????). Although that doesn't excuse the mistruths that ended up in there, those mistruths don't undermine my argument.

But was calling out my posts from that well-known era where someone doesn't know what they're doing really necessary? Really? It's one thing to point out when someone is wrong but I'm not feeling the ad hominem here.

Sorry that I take some pride in my knowledge and skill. Once upon a time, I learned by posting. I don't need to post to learn any more, so I guess you miss that part of my voice?

^ You don't own the thread (once you start it, it belongs to everyone) so leave it to the mods.

Anyway, Luxchomp was a good deck before DCE and an astonishing deck with it. The Dialgachomp match up has always depended on techs/lists.
