Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

My first college paper, I want to share it with you, I WROTE ABOUT POKEMON- I GET 99%

GJ Anthony.
This is for Freshmen Comp, right?
I remember doing these reflective essays...

A couple of suggestions that will make your college career run more smoothly--

1) Learn about the inverted pyramid. This will help you focus your writing.
2) Read the book "Eats, Shoots and Leaves". It's the most fun you'll ever have reading about grammar and punctuation. I know it SOUNDS horrible, but if you can master a few basic grammar/punctuation skills, you'll have a serious leg-up on your peers.

What are you majoring in as of now?

Hey nice essay. I homeschool so I cannot possibly understand what an essay truly is but I'm sure I can get through life without it. Anyway as, ehem....Ilikegengar said you did mention scholarships a little to much because you have to be REALLY (yay I did it!) good to actually get far enough to win money for a scholarship.

And negatives I've gotten from playing pokemon? lets see....well I met King_of_Magikarps....annnnd.....it drew my time away from more important things...like runescape. But besides that no negatives.
Positives......I found something to draw my time away from the timekiller that is runescape....I got a reason to come to the gym.....my brother got a hobby.....oh! And it gives us something to do on friday nights. Yup.

Try and say that bolded part when you get to college

pretty good essay and you have guts in doing this for a college coarse. Now to answer your question: why do I still play the PTCG?

I like to play the TCG more then the electronic game because of the luck and ban factors. I beileve there is less luck involved in the TCG than the DS game, unless your playing flaridos or any deck that involves a lot of flips. Then for a good metagame to be established on the DS games a lot of bans have to be made. That's not the case in the TCG, maybe before banning cards like Slowking, but it's no longer the case.

LOL the society needs more ppl like u to promote pokemon (tcg).:thumb:

No it wasn't the final paper, she gave it back and wanted us to fix the errors
That's rediculously generous for a college class.

My English Comp teacher lectured the class several times on their poor performance and how they were adults now. We started with a full class of 20+ and ended with about 4-5 counting myself. Same thing happened in Comp II (even less people remained I believe) and Literature (I think more people might have finished this one) with her. xD She definately earned her nickname: "Killer Miller." However, I consider myself lucky to have had her as a teacher.

LoL, nice paper! You deserve a 99% just for having the guts to write about "pokemans". GL!

MATIAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of us in FL miss you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to get back in the game, sweep NZ and get an invite to worlds so worlds has some "Legit Comation" in it. from NZ.
