My Rotom Deck

Hey guys,

I just wanted to post up my rotom deck. It is a theme deck that hopefully wont flail all over.

Fan Rotom x4
Frost Rotom x4
Heat Rotom x4
Mow Rotom x4
Wash Rotom x4
Rotom (PoP 9) x4
Unonw G x2

Charon's Choice x4
Snowpoint Temple/Sunyshore City Gym x3
Roseans Research x4
Plus Power x4
Warp Point/Switch x3

4 Multi-Energy
3 Water
3 Fire
3 Psychic
3 Grass

I'm hoping to take advangate of the different types that the rotoms can change into and do some damage!!


The Stratagy for the Rotom deck is to use the ablilites of the rotoms to change their types to help take advantage of my opponents weaknesses. The rotoms are really good at getting out of special conditions with the use of the Charon's Choice supporter. The supporter is cool cause it goes back to your hand at the end of your turn instead of being discarded.

Rotoms do well against ToxiTank decks becuase they can use Charon's Choice to get out of the poision condition.

A neat strategy:

Heat Rotom/Fan Rotom
Use Heat Rotom to charge up some Fire Energy on Fan Rotom. Once done, retreat Heat Rotom and bring up Fan Rotom to attack. Since you are already charged up, you can just keep on attaching energy mannually each turn.


A couple of things that i'm not sure in running is:

Nightmaintence
Great Ball
Scoop Up

So if anyone has any ideas or anything that would be good. :)
 
PLay less of each rotom to open up room for cards like pokedrawer, pokedex, and night maintenance.
Also PLay more fire energy because you can search it out of the deck with heat rotom.
 
Ya i'm thinking of cutting out:

Mow Rotom x4
Grass Energy x3

+1 Water
+1 Fire
+1 psychic

+4... something.... maybe nightmaintence,pokedex, or maybe some more energy's
 
there's not decklist, just a tournament report. I'm sure i can piece it to gether. maybe you could PM me??

What do ya guys think the other 4 slots should be for?
 
Since Charon's Choice goes back to your hand once you've used it, you probably don't need 4 of them.
Could drop a couple of those for other things.

I'd definitely find room for Lucario GL since you have all these rotoms and the type shift ability, you'll almost always have a type for their weakness.

Also

-2 Charons
+2 Cyrus Conspiracy (to help search out the energy you need and Charon just incase you haven't drawn it)
 
YES!!!!!!!!! Finally, a rotom deck. Rotom rocks, and their powers make them ultimate when combined with Lucario GL or Lake Boundary!
 
I really like the idea of using Lucario GL since I can still I have Snowpoint Temple out and have the x2 weakness pokebody going at the same time. Its a great idea.

Now i just need to fit it into the deck. How many do you guys think I should run?? I was thinking x2.
 
I currently have all of the rotoms. That is why I posted this deck list, i'm just running at a fun deck at my local tournament.

Lol Roseanne is reprinted in Pop 8. You need 2x Uxie LA and 2x Rotom MD. You don't need 4 of each Rotom. Use 2-3.
