The only way to efficiently run goth is going to be changing out your reuniclus line for gardy, adding a tech line of leavanny and then using a 1-0-1 or 2-1-2 reuniclus. Reuniclus isn't all that necessary in the mirror.

Ionno; I like the sound on paper, but practicality wise the deck is a nightmare...and I'm completely in Goth's favor.

I'm personally waiting for Gardy's attack to be psychic lock and stops abilities on your opponent's next turn. It'd be in no way overpowered but it'd be funny as hell.

I love prism energy...Regigigas EX is looking a lot nicer now...
 
hmmm very interesting. lets see

luxray + evolite on a basic makes it a 60 for 1 attack with no drawback, could get some play depending on how fast the powerful basic/ex stuff is.

shaymin ex, could be awesome in a twins/Electrode engine.

levanny, wow finally a weakness counter for grass in this fire heavy format, combine with the tripple cutter levanny and flip victini and we could see a decent grass deck.

kyogre ex, more awesome water snipe/spread poke.

gardevoir, like other have said gardy + goth, will be pretty powerful.

new tool, could be a decent recovery item but you'll need to run 2-4 to make it useful and that space is likely better spent on other things, unless we get a reliable way to grab tool cards from the deck.

wish we knew what that stadium did too.

Not to much else to say right now about the other cards, other than this is a grand dose of power creep...

I think he is saying have Eviolite on a benched Basic (I.E. Zekrom) and do the damage to that Pokemon, preventing it.

I would to, except I almost 100% guarantee it will be split up.
 
Why does Gardevoir have to break every format? the only saving grace is that its a stage 2 with 110hp. Gothitelle's+Gardevoir's abilty covers both their weaknesses. It looks like GardyGoth is gonna be the deck to beat come nationals, so either play it or hate against it.
 
I hope the translations are right this time >.> Mostly concerned over the blurry Gardy text.

you could play Mewtwo and a DCE and get an easy knockout.
 
Luxray does for one energy what Donphan can do as a Stage 1, or a worse version of what Yanmega can do as a Stage 1 for no energy. I wouldn't get too excited.

Well that's one way to look at it. But it also scores a OHKO on Yanmega Prime, and it can get better next format. Might not be good now, but I think it's got potential in the future at the least.
 
Only 20+ cards leaked and I'm already feeling like a little kid at christmas. Everyone is going after Gardevior, Mewtwo EX, and possibly shiny Zoroark and Hydreigon. Not much more I can say that someone else already said.

Heavy Ball and Level Ball, makes me wonder if any more of the Johto Pokeballs will be printed. Although I think Heavy ball is going to see more play then Level Ball since Collector and Communication are still around.

Mewtwo really is a beast of a card. I know Gothitelle is also good, but think of it this way...

Mewtwo has a Gardy with 2 psychic attached. He is doing 80 just with his own 2 energy. Your opponent will probably have at least 1 energy attached so that is 100 for 2 energy. Most of the time opponents will have 2+ energy so you are looking at an easy 120 with 2 energy.

Goth with a Gardy is doing 150 for 3 energy. So I mean with 3 energy Gothitelle is doing more than Mewtwo with 3, but Goth is a stage 2. On the other hand Goth has an amazing ability and does not lose 2 prizes when knocked out...

The possibilities!
