New Mewtwo forme? Or New Clone

I looked on Pokebeach and guess what? The Mewtwo in the movie is not the same as the one we all know and love. The new Mewtwo in the movie is a girl. Well it kinda makes sense for the new form but why does Mewtwo have to be a girl?!?!. Also in the trailer, it says that the 5 Genesect have gone rogue from Team Plasma and are going to try reclaim this world. It makes sense since they were revived from 300 million year old fossils. Mewtwo says the Genesect are exactly like her and don't belong in this world. I think that Mewtwo is somehow going to destroy herself and the Genesect. One last thing. I know this is just another dream/wish but I'm really hoping that in Pokemon X & Y, we get to see some of the Pokemon from Genesect's era. That would make for an exciting game but again, it's just another dumb wish/dream.

Or it could be Mewtwo has no gender, and can make it's voice anything it wants to..

You know what would be a unique and totally unforeseen surprise? Have the four admins introduced in HGSS be the ones that ordered the new Mewtwo's creation to help Giovanni (who has by now probably regained at least faint memories of Mewtwo) get over the loss of Mewtwo and the utter defeat he suffered. (Potentially making it more... Human emotionally than the original one to make it easier to control, since Mewtwo's power combined with its emotional instability made it uncontrollable and dangerous.)

OK,OK, why, did the idea of Giovanni forgetting Mewtwo come from? Saying Giovanni forgot Mewtwo is worse then saying Ash remembers his past encounters with legendary Pokemon other than Mewtwo.(remember Raikou, Entei and Suicune? He didn't once remember his past encounters with them) Besides it's incredibly unlikely that a new region would have an old enemy like Team rocket. Look at all the past games, Hoenn had Team Aqua and Team Magma, Sinnoh had Team Galactic and Unova had Team Plasma. The only reason Johto continued on Team Rocket is because Kanto and Johto were connected. I extremely and highly doubt that Pokemon will go all the way back to Generation 1 and 2 just to bring back an old enemy just because one Pokemon, who was created by them, changes forms. Those 4 admins you were talking about had they names revealed in HGSS but they were seen back in Gold, Silver and Crystal but their names weren't revealed. Also, how could they make Mewtwo have more human emotions? They wouldn't even be able to touch Mewtwo considering how strong it is and Mewtwo probably developed it's human emotions when it was travelling after the first movie. That would mean that Team Rockets only chance would be to create a new Mewtwo but remember the lab was on Cinnabar island and Mewtwo completely destroyed it and then between FireRed and LeafGreen and HGSS, the volcano erupted incinerating whatever might of been left. Also the Mewtwo clone idea/myth has already been dispelled when. thankfully the new Pokemon was revealed to be a new form of Mewtwo. The only reason that your idea would be "unique and totally unforeseen" is because you idea is completely fan fiction and has no information to back it up.

Also remember how many years ago we saw Mewtwo in a movie? The original guy who voiced Mewtwo could of quit but it makes no sense why Pokemon would choose a girl voice instead of trying to find someone with a similar voice or maybe Pokemon decided that it would do something different and besides, the new form looks more like a girl than a boy so they decided the voice should match.
