I'm from odessa and I'm thinking about going to the mckinney and crowley br this weekend. any idea what the turn out is going to be like at these 2 events? the problem is, I will most likely have to leave early saturday (like 2 am) to make it to mckinney and get home late sunday night (like midnight). just curious if it is worth the time, sleep depravation, and money.

I think both of them will average 40 people, with masters having 5 rounds and a top 4.

awesome, thanks! the logistics of my situation just got a lot better so there is a very good chance i'll be at both!

So, it looks like a done deal, so watch out DFW, we are gonna show you how we do it West Texas style!

On another note, any idea how late the Crowley BR might run? That is still problematic as I have to be back to work Monday morning.

My plans for tomorrow...

1. Drive to tournament (hopefully don't get lost lol)
2. Win, like, lotsa times.
3. Homecoming.
4. AFTERPARTYYYYYYYY

Lookin' to be a gooddddddd dayyyyyyyyy

Thanks again to everyone!! Don't forget the Pre-Releases coming up in a couple of weeks. Fort Worth and Tyler (forgot to mention Tyler today - sorry Birch) on 23 Oct; Sherman on 24 Oct and Garland on 30 Oct. See you then......

THE JINX IS OVER!!!! After placing second in several BR's and not making Top Cut even after going 4-1 (a loss to the eventual winner I might add...), I finally won my first Battle Roads in Crowley. Not bad for an old man who started playing seriously in April of this year.
Thanks to all the people who ran such a smooth tourney, and props to all the players who played today. Comic Craze in Garland was here to represent, and I am declaring myself an Honorary Member of Team Wolfpack. REPRESENT.......

Congrats. Are you sure you want to be a part of the Wolfpack? Why not TEAM GERIATRIC (anyone over 30)
