NY Gym Challenge - Brooklyn, NY June 3, 2006 - Venue change!!!

Can Foreigners play and compete for the trip+invite?

New Amsterdam is the same as New York, (only a different country)

How far is this location from JFK International Airport or Newark airport?

I dunno if foreigners can play to compete for an invite. Yes, New amsterdam is NY. I will have to check about how far is this from JFK, but you have to arrive in advance.

It would be nice to meet you in person, Lia.

But, from reading the rules and legal notices, all I can see is a statement that "local residency is not a requirement"!
 
So no problem I suppose, I also went through the legal notices and could not find anything which would exclude my kids.
Anyways we are coming to New York, arriving Friday evening.

I'm working on the roadmaps and route to get there.
It looks like a 1 hour drive from the hotel were staying.

Is there parkingspace enough, or a garage or anything.
Also can we buy food nearby, we cannot bring anything.

The oldest one can understand English when there are no difficult words used (he can even speak it, but he is to shy). The youngest one only a few words and simple questions.

And yes I will be around in case you need a translation, or to take them to the hotel in case they cannot manage the timedifference.
 
Well, this is just great. I think of an interesting new deck idea a week prior to NY double gyms... And of course, all the cards I don't have for it are rare and just waiting to leave the format.

Oh well. Not like I was going to win or anything...
 
Pending a money isue im in. thansk to frankie d ill have a deck set so ill hopefully see ya all there. the only reason i wont be there is if i cant get the rest of the moeny up which may may not happen
 
Updated with the old address because they told me they couldn't get the new location done in time. It should of been in the new location .:frown:

So if you are on Avenue R eastbound, it's 3 streets prior 15th? Still on the southside of Kings Hwy?

Just printed out all maps I might need, but this looks like it's really nearby the 15th str location.

I could not find it, but is there a lot of one-way streets overthere, that's my biggest nightmare.
