Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Official PTCGO Bug Thread (Updated 3/7)

I can't Energy Switch off of Pokemon with tool cards attached to them. :(

Or use Hydreigon's ability. Lost a match today because there were 3 energys on Hydreigon that I couldn't move -- he had an eviolite. This bug has existed in many forms since the summer -- come on guys.

^Since there is a way to move the energy (right click and arrow over to the energy) this probably isn't a high priority for them.

That did not work for me. I tried zooming in on the card and going to the energy, but it was no longer in "select mode", so clicking the actual energy did nothing.

I am encountering an issue where I cannot create a trade offer. I own the cards/booster packs, but the "create offer" icon won't highlight.

When using Mew EX's Versatile ability, attacks you choose appear to ignore damage modifiers such as Eviolite and Plus Power.

I don't know if this one's been reported. Seems kind of obvious...

When you attempt to Poison a Pokemon that is already Poisoned, the new Poison does NOT replace the old Poison.

For example, I'm currently playing the Double Poison Scolopede with the single poison Whirlipede. I Poisoned something with Whirlipede, evolved the next turn, and tried to Double Poison that same Pokemon. It kept the single Poison, and pretty much cost me the game.

Has anyone had any problems with Plasma Storm cards? It's been fairly clean from what I've seen!

Don't use the website or Kendle's App to enter the codes in. The website simply isn't working correctly. I had 48 codes eaten by the website.

Upon the latest update, I'm having an error on start-up:

"Failed to initialize player. Could not preload global game manager #0."

This is really off-putting. Anybody else get this with the latest update?

--If you put a pokemon to sleep with HTL and they get knocked out from poison in between turns, it still flips to see if they wake up, evfn though there's a new pokemon in play.
--Might be a one-off, but tonight, I can't click on pokemon to activate actions like attack, retreat and abilities. I have to use the menu on the bottom right, which is more prone to mis-clicking (END TURN!)

You try uninstalling and reinstalling the client?

What version of windows are you running? The step by step for re-installing cleanly is slightly different depending.

Weezing's Aftermath Ability doesn't activate when a Cobalion EX knocks it out with Steel Bullet.
