Verify firewall settings. Then try reinstalling. Then try clearing app data.

Edit: NVM, apparently its a more widespread issue/they're possibly under maintenance.

Or it could just be the program, as I just tried to connect myself. I suspect they are in maintenance of some sort. (Yes, they are)
 
Built a Gardevoir Mewtwo deck.
It uses EXP share and Energy Switch.
When an energy is moved by one or the other, Gardevoir's ability stops working on it and it starts counting as one energy.
 
I found an interesting bug (which I'm pretty sure is a bug, but I am not 100% positive on the ruling)
When both your active pokemon and a benched pokemon are simultaneously KOed, the game first KOs the active, then gives you the opportunity to promote a pokemon, then KOs the pokemon on the bench. If you promote the pokemon on the bench that is about to be KOed, it allows you to take an energy off it with EXP. Share.
 
This is not a bug per say, but it is a very annoying thing in the program. After using Random Receiver, the OK button pops up but very frequently when I click on it, the End Turn button comes up almost immediately and it registers I clicked that too. This becomes very very annoying. If there was any way there could be a time lapse between the actions that would be very helpful. Trying to click fast and carefully gets old.
 
Tornadus's Energy Wheel - If you use this move with a pokemon on the bench that has a tool attached (giant cape, rocky helmet, etc.) you cannot click on the energy to move to Tornadus (the tool card keeps getting in the way). Only way to resolve is to quit the game. Thanks.

It's annoying, but you can resolve this by right clicking on the Tool and using the arrows to navigate to the Energy.

not sure if this gets reported.

ditto's transform ability not working correctly, instead of picking a basic pokemon in hand, the game highlights only bench pokemons to choose from, and not just basics.
 
Latest one:
My opponent wouldn't but down his basic, so I just wait for the two minutes to time out. However, the timer goes over two minutes, and nothing happens. I decide to wait it out and see what happens. It makes it all the way through his 25 minutes, and still doesn't time out. I have to concede.
No idea what triggered it, but that was rather pathetic.
 
Attacking with Gigas EX's Giga Power with an Aerodactyl in play. If you select not to do the extra 20 damage to each pokemon the attack ignores Aerodactyl's pokemon
