Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Ontario Canada Provincial Championships

I see. Not enough for board games but definitely enough for DS Pokemon battles.

Or Pokemon TCG battles (which can help you win games). Talk about decks with some top level players and you might just do better because of that:thumb:

Less than 2 weeks everyone, lets get ready to rumble (actually, there is another idea, play Pokemon Rumble in between rounds:lol:)

There is a pre-provincials tournament at Gamers Lair in Barrie this Saturday 2-6-2010, if your intersted.
$7 to enter (normal league cost)
There will be prizes packs of cards, shirts, sleeves, mini binders, etc....

I have a good question; what TIME is it, lawl.

That kind of info really seems on a priority knowledge kind of basis :p

How will it be run? Swiss using TOM or is it just random pairings?

How long do people think it will take because i have to drive home to Ottawa after and also pick up friends.

Just one more question.

On the generic deck registration sheet on the Pokemon site, I noticed that Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums don't need the set listed. It still has to be from the D&P sets on, correct?

Correct. It doesn't list them because there aren't different versions of legal trainers/supporters/stadiums (e.g. there are 10 million Turtwigs with different text, but every Rare Candy has the same text).

As long as they are printed in DP-on they are legal (if you have an old Rare Candy, Great Ball, or other card printed with the same text, you can use that as well).

Awesome. My goal is to win at least one match!

One of my friends is entering with the Typlosion starter deck. I'm anxious to see how he does and if his luck with boosters carries over into matches..

Fixed to include the decks (Edited to hide peoples decks who actually care)/// Overall, a pretty fun day:thumb:

The format included [NOT AVAILABLE] in the masters (the most popular deck) but, they almost all had [A CARD].
