Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

OREGON State Championship - March 21, 2009

I think that just to compromise we should have some random people from Idaho come and take all the trophies. Knowing Oregon and Washington though, people would start competing over which state had the most hair or had the best lunch or something.

So nevermind. Go WA.
 
^actually, i was originally going to go to cali on the day of a cities but snow canceled that idea, so i got to play in portland and i went 6-0 :) oregon has best hair :eek:
 
Glad to see all the excitement going around!!!! This is gonna be the best OR States tourney yet.
can't wait to see all of your bright shiny faces on Saturday at 8:30am sharp.
 
^yup. randy's dad is picking me up at 7:00 sharp so i expect to see you all early :) (gotta get some early sleepies to wake up at 6:30...)
 
pffft, that's nothin! We are having to wake up at 4:30 AM saturday morning to get there on time! @_@

And yes, Oregon has the best hair. Just ask Janet, she liked my new suave hair dew!!!

All i have is a ear infection that makes it so that i can't hear that good in my right ear!

Just got back from my sisters wedding. The car is all packed and I'm good to go.

actually, several rounds later we ended up with a Final Grand Total of 335!

Way to attract a large crowd BDS and Mr. Raichu.

Mr. Raichu also announced that if we can get 400+ people at Regionals we can Shave him bald!!! Beard included!!! :eek::rolleyes:

At 9:30ish we start top 16 finals for Juniors and soon after Masters and Seniors. It looks like we won't know who's walking away with which Trophy until past Midnight.

What that was some fantastic tournement

Oregon States 2009. Will it ever be topped? Possibly it could be at Regionals but we will have to wait and see.
Thank-you so much BDS, Mr. Raichu and Co. for doing such a wonderful job running the event. With so many people invloved, the tournement ran extremly smoothly. The Andresons did very well, me and Penny went 4-3 (I started out 3-0 and just hit the wall) and our daughter Sarah in her 1st ever 7 round event went 3-4 and she started ot 2-0 for the 1st time ever in any tournement.

I am not sure how the players who top cut could conentrate for so long. I was exhausted when swiss ended at 8:00 pm. Congradulations to everyone who top cut. Enjoy your rest the next month and we will see everyone at Regionals. Don't forget to get your team together for the 4th Annual Northwest Pokemon-TCG Team Champonship, set to run durring the Swiss play portion of Regonals.
