I think Chris is just going to finally publicly announce that he's giving up regrowing his thinning-hair and
is gonna design a nice big pair of Raichu Ears to wear as a replacement!
(Of course I kid because I care.)

Ive got it.... The announcement will be that BDS and Mr. Raichu will not be running Oregon States, and instead they are both going to participate as playes in the Oregon State Championships this year.
Not only that but they will both be playing the exact same SD list. A deck that that they know will completely dominate and demolish the Masters Metagame, as they figured out how to break it from an intense study of all of the decklists after Washington States was over.

My wife helped me come up wit this one. The announcement will be that UI has decided that due the weak state of the economy,coupled with the fact that the San Diego Hilton is so gosh darn expensive... that the decision has been made to pull Worlds 2009 from San Diego this year and instead Worlds will take place on the Oregon State Fairgrounds. With thoes lucky Pokemon players who haave won accomodations to Worlds getting a deluxe 3 day Stay at the Best Western Inn in Salem :lol:
