Overall, Origins is slightly less attractive IMO. Wizards used to have a large hand in things, but the difference between GenCon and Origins is that one is stagnant. How many other Origins have you seen around the world? None, GenCon boasts two in the United States and two in Europe.
A quick look at the GenCon website compaired with the Origins website shows a difference in who looks more like a legitimate buisness. The Origins website has been altered SO many times in the past few years and with each new design there are still flaws. It looks like an amature's job,
I really wish Nintendo would figure some way to move Nationals GenCon. It's a much better event. The timing is all messed up though.
