Piglet = M45's word for the 12-.

Draft = duh.

Piglet Draft = draft for the 12-. Vince likes running them for free at large events.

It is my favorite event of the year...and I hope you are playing on day 2, and therefore not a part of it!

If you do get unlucky, it is a great event to have some fun with friends! Who wouldn't like Rochester Drafting Diamond and Pearl???

Oh, and yeah, it is FREE!

We'll teach you how before we all head to Nationals. It's a lot of fun for the kids and something you don't want to miss. Actually, you do want to miss it, lol. if you make the top cut for Sunday morning, he doesn't let you play in the piglet draft only because he wants you to get a good nights sleep for the play-offs.

It's kinda like a reward to all the kiddies that had a bad day in Swiss on Saturday. You didn't make top cut, but so what. Come have some fun with us and cheer up. It works every year.
 
Thanks Mike! Yeah, everyone gets 5 or 6 packs of cards to Rochester draft with. It is really cool.

I am going to be putting my beta version of rules for Rochester up here shortly.

When is the Piglet Draft at nationals?

Is there a set time for the Piglet Draft yet? Now that the event registration is open, I'm trying to put together a schedule.

Hopefully my son will make the cut to the second day and it won't matter. :smile:

One of the mysteries of the Piglet Draft is always the start time.

It has to be after the Nationals Event is over, and everyone has had AT LEAST an hour to go and find food.

On page 38 of the new rule books, there are six photos. One of them is from the Piglet Draft!
