Best guess? Don't expect to see these before you see Plasma Blast booster packs in stores. Best guess on that date? I'd say August 14th, the Wednesday after the final Prerelease date.

Did the last etb have dividers? These are cheap thin cardboard, but more useful than the deck box.

Sleeves look good. Energy is plain as before and mine wasnt wrapped in the box
