This Shaymin has alot of synergy with Gliscor X due to Damage Aid dishing enough damage to take out a Stage 1 since most Stage 1 Pokemon have 80 HP. It's 1st attack Flower Aroma really goes well with Damage Aid though as well...
I think Shaymin X is overhyped, reason being is that in it's attack If you don't have other Grass energies in your hand unless you have Bronzong (SF) Cycler them out on your bench then it's probably not gonna do ya any good. It's Poke-Body or Poke-Power I believe gives all your Grass Pokemon +40 HP which is +20 more than Snowpoint Temple.
So yeah it's decent but not gamebreaking...
