Top 16 according to TOM=4rds Top 4, but 5rds could work.

Agreed. However, with 16 we'll end up with the following breakdown after swiss- (Assuming higher seed wins pairdowns)
1 5-0
2 4-1
5 3-2
5 2-3
2 1-4
1 0-5
Now, it could vary to the point where 2 3-2s could cut, or it could be a case of 4 4-1's without an undefeated.
16 with 5rds is a vicious number (Just like 10 with 4 rds...)
I suggest the 5th round, but caution based on this.
EDIT: Upon further calculation, I highly suggest the fifth round, or one 3-1 would bubble cut. Swiss+1 is better than a 3-1 bubbling.

To be honest I am not gonna think too hard on this at all and calculate anything or use any software. i am just gonna make this simple and smooth for 4 rounds and T4. I don't really care about TOM honestly. I know some of you would disagree with this but this isn't a Official pokemon tournament that has a real judge and real staff. Just a pokemon player that would like to help people into preparing their deck for nationals and just for fun.

I know, I was just pointing out what would likely work best.
16 people with 4 Rds top 4 WILL require resistance calcs. I'm happy to do those for you if you'd like.
