for the people who were concerned with the company being bought out and how it would affect prices as a result

did you consider that when one company is bought out it means the one buying must have more resources in order to accomplish such a feat?

in other words, the company buying obviosly has more capital at their disposal.

thats a good thing in terms of the price per pack possibly changing.

just my take. =)

So we shouldn't be worried about pricing for the packs and theme decks?

The packs SHOULD go down in price, not because of the printer being bought out, but because I talked to the owner of Games & Comics & Stuff in Glen Burnie MD, and he said he bought them from the printer for around $2. If they make $2 a pack, then if the printer's price goes down, the store price should go down and not keep it at $4 and make more money because the printer's price went down. If that makes sense to anybody butt me, then congrats, you can understand my logic.

i'd not hold my breath waiting for the price to go down...not with recent increases in price for things like fuel or anything else petroleum-based. any 'savings' in printing...assuming there is ANY...will be more than offset by increased costs for shipping, raw materials, etc. etc. etc...

Tad and I were there the day that Curran's deck was printed. There were pallettes of uncut cards. It was really amazing.
