I have RNG'd shiny weavile, shiny dragonite, shiny vaporeon and basically ANY legendary other than Deoxys, Celebi, Mew, and Darkrai.

whaddya mean by flawless? i have a shiny azurill lv. 100 (from gts so i DO NOT KNOW if it is hacked)
do you need any specific pokemon? Besides kyogre, i need that.

Nah, don't need Azurill. Flawless are pkmn with perfect IVs and nature. I need these with the corresponding nature:

Adamant Groudon
adamant Ho-oh

Any other good EV trained pkmn?

I don't really care about the nature, but i would like it if ludicolo were adamant natured. You don't have to RNG unless you want to.

Anyone who's better at Voltorb Flip than I am willing to trade an Ice Beam TM?

Unhacked only, please, but I can trade items for it (I've got a crapton of Miracle Seeds, plus a spare Light Ball and Week Sibling items), or Pokemon, or both. Still in Johto dex only, but I can find specific natures/do IV checks if you'd like. I'd even be willing to do some EV training in a specific 1 stat.
