I am looking to get a low level shiny beldum with a good nature
can anyone help me out?

What are the Natures on your Shiny Abra,Totodile, and Shinxes?
I don't have a shiny beldum but what else do you need/want?

I have a non shiny Weavile with IVs: 20/31/19/16/24/31
if you don't really care on the colors and sparkles It's better technically...though I still like the shiny better.

Why not wait a month and get your own? Unless you are wanting the lugia from PokemonXD:GoD.
So it will get psycho boost and featherdance.
