Pokemon X&Y full Pokedex revealed?

I would, because they are actually good at names.

And no, its if they can make a POKEBALL POKEMON, they can do anything.

Quality of names is highly debatable.

I mean, they gave us a Pokémon named Munchlax. I know why they chose the word "munch", but at least where I grew up it had become a non-profane insult through a somewhat interesting etymological process. I kind of took this one personally as a huge Snorlax fan; wasn't thrilled with the design of Munchlax, and hated the name. Adding insult to injury, due to contest submissions I know they had at least a better name for it: Snax.

Granted, I bet some people think Snax is stupid so... yeah, a lot of people love or hate existing names. I could derail this whole thread going on further. Some of the disliked ideas actually seem plausible (still a bit weak, but Houndour=>Houndoom=>Houndoomed sounds better than Pidgey=>Pidgeotto=>Pidgeot or even Pidgey=>Pidgeot=Pidgeotto) and if this is a fake, the creator was smart enough to include a lot of speculative ideas that fans have been clamoring for; here's hoping if Scimincer is real, its an Evolution for Pinsir (Scimitar + Pincer)!

if this list is real id be a lil disapointed.

TOO many Dragons, Steels, Ghost and Darks (almost all the legendarys are darks wth?). I get they are under supported but half the Pokemon in this game are of that type. They went really weak on fire types along with Psychic. I could care less that theres not enough normals or grass since their weak but the type distribution seems really off.

If the emphasis on those Types throws off game balance, it is a problem. Otherwise, those are some very popular Types. If the list is real or even a little accurate, I am (would be?) a bit surprised it took this long for Dark themed Legendary Pokémon; its honestly one of the most obvious overarching themes to use, and it is hard to believe we didn't see Dark or Metal Legendary trios (probably blended with another element) all the way back in Gen II.

What's more interesting is if you look at some of the older names for the 1st-gen games and Pokemon before they were changed to the current ones. Some of them seemed just as fake as these do.

Still, the fact that these things were leaked before an official date makes me doubt this is a Pokedex-left-on-the-bar-counter scenario.

Darkrai is a dark legendary

It's no longer at that server....

So either

A: Totally fake & somebody called him/her on it
B: Totally real & Nintendo/Creatures found out...

BTW that Pinsir/Herracross thing was pre-evolutions IE baby Pokemon.

Looking though it earlier, some of it sounded real enough.

With the types, who knows.
We don't even really know what the region will be like.
It could be heavily influenced by the industrial age with lots of steel & dark.

I think the whole sites down rather than it being removed.

718: Iwish (Grass/Dragon)
719: Clovyr (Grass/Dragon)
720: Shamroc (Grass/Dragon)

These seem a bit out of the realm of possibility, in my mind. Hahaha. I like a lot of the other names though.

Leprechaun Pokemon!

The fact that some of these names seem so unbelievable make me think that it might be real. If it was fake, surely the person that did would have made it more believable. All the names that people have questioned so far don't actually seem that unlikely to me..

So, if the names look fake, then you think it might be real.

But if the names look real . . . then it must be what? Real also?

Pretty sure I've seen Chryscross on a fake pokemon video before somewhere..
Might just be my imagination though.

If you don't know what I mean I really can't be bothered to explain it, the last time I tried to explain something on this forum it took about 1500000000000000000000000 posts to get my point across.

"Pokémon" is both plural and singular. I was talking about making one of the Legendary Trio sets Dark-Type hybrids, as explained later, and/or how I was surprised we didn't get a Darkness-Type Legendary (hybrid or single-Type) right away.

Trust me, I didn't forget about Darkrai.

Honestly, it is the Type that seems odd to me; this kind of naming scheme is totally Pokémon flavor.

As or the whole "sounds fake = must be real", that isn't completely untrue but it is so situational it really doesn't matter. Like I said, Pokémon naming schemes are so odd that what sounds real and what sounds fake is going to vary from person to person; Typing schemes are also pretty out there.

Given how weak this is if it is a prank, you can't assume the person would put the effort into making sure every name mimicked the kind of naming rules of thumb we've seen before, especially since violating a few wouldn't even automatically reveal the prank since the naming and Type rules aren't hard and fast rules but rules of thumb that we see broken by actual Pokémon.

Tells me either this is your prank directly or you just shouldn't post anything that isn't established fact; baby_mario pointed out a pretty basic error in your reasoning, and exaggerating how long it took to get your point across just makes you seem even less sincere and trustworthy.

Link removed. Basically just to prove it isn't my prank.

I really can't be bothered to explain myself to you either, so I'm not going to.

Personally, I don't see why pokemon would make a list of such unpronounceable names.

RE:
Cyrhino - (I know it is probably Sir Rhino but still the spelling...)
Nymja
Flyby'nyte
Sydknee - Doubt they would make one after a human's name...
Warhog - Watchog wasn't enough?
Huevolk - Hrm?

I'm just scraping on the names, all are pretty meh imho.

Fair enough, I just wish people would take what I post as it is and not have to question everything all the time.

Why would this be my prank? I've never heard anything so retarded.

Love how people tell me only to post facts then come in here posting as if they know for a fact it's fake. Hypocrites.

I don't care if it's fake or real, I really don't care, I just thought it was worth posting on here..

Honestly Otaku, seriously, how can you say a reply makes me less trustworthy? I'm am not the source this is coming from, I just looked it at it on a site and shared it on here.

You can't be naive enough to think people wouldn't question it. Even your thread title is posed as a question -'Pokemon X&Y full Pokedex revealed?'

True, you never posted it as if you were the source, you just put it out there for people to give their opinions on.

Which is what they have done.

I agree that people should discuss it, it's a forum, that's what forums are made for, but it makes me laugh how people come in and say it's fake, it can't be real, then tell me to only post facts.

You obviously haven't been on the internet as long as some..

I've been on the internet for a long, long time. It's just occasionally I read something so retarded it makes me wonder about people on the internet all over again.
