Look at our locations, we're in washington. So of course we get them a bit faster. Sorry i have no scanner.

DLM is correct. The packs are shipped from Washington. He lives in Washington. As such, his Player Rewards show up faster than someone in, say, Florida.

The official release date for POP 2 is 9/30/05, with the start of the Battle Frontier league cycle. Packs handed out via Player Rewards, or at Worlds, are preview packs.
