Briney probably won't be reprinted, think about it. If it were, briney would stick around for the next format, which presumably would have no ex pokemon. The drawback to briney was mainly that it couldn't bounce ex pokemon to your hand. Now that all the ex pokemon are gone, tnere's no reason to stop anyone from running four of them in their deck and being able to heal any pokemon at will.
