welcome back to the TCG. Just in case you didn't know, there is a lot of different formats in tournaments now. I will just assume you want an unlimited deck for now (meaning any card is allowed).

it works, but there are some cards that you may want to replace. Try:

-2 Clefairy

+1 Town Volunteers
+2 (Stadiums. Maybe Energy Stadium)

-7 Psychic NRG
-1 Double Colorless NRG

When playing in unlimited, trainers are meant to do 3 things: get the cards you need, drawing more cards, and delaying your opponent from beating you. Gust of Wind and Super E removal stop your oppo from quickly attacking, super potions work best because all you have to do is throw out one NRG (which is okay because it's recycle) for a quick heal with little consequence, and you need plenty of draw power so 3 elm and 3 copycat/elm is enough for now. Cleffa is a must because of it's near infinite drawing (have a bad hand? Cleffa cures what ails ya). Don't worry about energies because you can always get them back. Finally, PKMN Trader can help you get the PKMN you need as quickly as possible.

If you can, avoid cards like Moo Moo Milk. Any card that requires coinflip is a questionable card indeed. Elm's Traing Method would be great in place of PKMN Trader if you can't get it. It would be awesome if it weren't a Supporter (remember, only one supporter per turn).

Get more opinions from other people, and mix it all into one big fix that you feel most comfortable with. Just remember that you can't win with just speed or just strength, you can have both. You can have a powerful Stage 2 PKMN ready to attack on your 2nd turn if you try hard enough (with the help of Pokemon Breeder!)
