Pull rates for Plasma Freeze?

Ugh, I know I'm going to get burned and get one of the boxes with no full arts for the fourth time since August. It really is ridiculous that the pull rates can be so bad for a set with this many premium cards.

They should go back to set ratios because they work.
 
rcxd, I wish we'd had your boxes at our PR. Our ratio on shinies was more like one out of five boxes. -_-;

My box:
FA Latios EX
FA Latias EX
Latias EX
Heatran EX
Rock Guard

Pulled both Latias from the left side, Latios, Heatran, and Rock Guard from the right.

Rwg Tornadus
Life Dew
Rock Guard

The rates definitely seem weird. But at least all of my EXs are playable.
 
Rates seem on par with the last two sets, barring the shiny rate. But seriously how are people getting boxes and cases so early? You cant tell me you bought a case from a league leader that was left over or something?

Our TO said that the powers that be changed the rules, so they are allowed to sell new product the day of the pre release. Can anyone confirm this?

At our Pre release I pulled a Garchomp SR, My wife pulled a Deyoxys EX and my Daughter Pulled a FA Thunderous EX and in her two packs afterwards got a Deoxys EX. My wife also won a BR pack as a door prize an there was a Celebi EX inside All in all we had a good day

I'm on holiday in Singapore at the moment and I attended a prerelease there on Sunday and 3 days later I go to Dhoby Ghaut train station where there was a store that sold Pokemon cards and somehow the guy there had 3 cases in store. I had hit the jackpot so I bought one. That's how I got my case.
 
hope my future box will come at least with a decent pull rate.. I'm just collecting.. but I like the fun of opening new packs..

Online. Make sure it's SEALED booster boxes first too. Prices online are between 85-95 easily (free shipping most times). When in doubt it's not factory sealed, ask or skip. People trick with buyers by putting LOOSE in the description way down deep.

In stores, they jack up prices to 120-130. Yes, you get it right there at the store, but saving $30-40 > not waiting 2 days.

If he isn't a TO, then whoever sold that to him may be in trouble... Do like the kid that went "OH HE GOT AN ABSOL" Hopefully it isn't one that would trade Thunderus EX for one (seen stuff like this happen/about to happen. Had to step in)

It was from judge support.
 
I meant to put cases instead of boxes. Finding booster boxes is really easy, the cases in my experience ate hard to find.
 
if you go to a prerelease and get 6 packs or so from a box, along with other members there.. your chances of getting quality cards are slim, as others could pull all the good stuff and you're sitting there with the bad batch.

really, if you didnt buy a box or a case.. your viewpoint can't really be taken too much into consideration.

i have the prerelease this saturday, if its still classified as that.. and although i do plan on spending the necessary money to retrieve the new packs and participate, im hesitant for sure, as the thrill of the TCG is diminishing.
