Who took 1st for Juniors? We had 2 players in that group too. I see our James F won his 5th CC medal there for Seniors! :clap: Congrats to our Dustin N for 3rd.
And of course, congrats to Pooka for 1st! Glad to hear your first CC went well Abe!

Seriously to all those who came, I really hope all had fun, I apologize about the delay earlier in the day, but everything worked out fine and everyone got out at the time I was expecting to finish (7pm). I will get the pictures up soon and have the results of the side event up by today. As far as the city champ results, I should have them posted within the week I hope. There are a couple of details that need to be worked out, but expect them to be posted around that time, I will let you all know if there are any delays.
Mama, our Junior division champ was a young girl from the WI area, Angela. She, along with our other junior division players were great and played well. Major props for everyone at the event, you guys are great:clap: :clap: :clap: . Congrats to all the winners, and the winners of the raffle prizes!!

Gotcha, sorry about that...I apologize, thanks for the heads up mom. It was all fun and again I hope everyone had a good time, I hope we can have this all again next year and hopefully if that is the case, I will go big on the raffles next time, who knows...maybe Wii Games or gaming console? We will see...

One thing I forgot to mention, I wanted to seriously thank Troy and his LaCrosse gang for coming all that way for my event, I hope you all had a good time in Racine!! Thanks!!!

Hey everyone,

Just thought I would forward everyone the article that was done for the local newspaper (Journal Times), thanks go out to the photographer and reporter (david steinkraus) for stopping by, taking pictures and talking to players about the event. Also thanks go out to those people who took the time out of playing some practice matches and chatting with the reporter for a few minutes. I have the link to the article here if anyone cares to check that out. I'll try to find the actual event article that may have been in the newspaper this weekend, but since I live in the next town over, it may take me some time to find it, because I would like to get myself a copy to keep.

Awesome! I'm in the article! I was hoping to see pictures and stuff too. Rich said he was going to give the guy his address so he could mail it. Don't if know if he has it yet.
