I have been struggling with this Salamence deck. I do not plan to use it in a tournament and will most likely use it for fun in league. I think that Double Fall is just such a fun power I can't resist.

Pokemon: 22
2 Bagon AR (just for the 60HP)
1Bagon SW (for rage)
2 Shelgon SF (just for the 90HP)
2 Salamence SF (I dont have any SW or I would put 1 in there)
1Salamence AR (for shoot through)
1 Salamence Lv.X AR
2 Infernape 4 SV (for split bomb)
1 Infernape 4Lv.X SV
1 Electivire FB SV
1 Electivire FB Lv.X SV (for energy recycle - I have thought about this. Even though Energy Recycle kills a turn, hopefully I won't get KOd, I would lose a turn or two anyway drawing cards into my hand)
1 Bronzor SF (just for the 60HP, although the MD has less retreat, AR 16 has 60 but is Metal if that makes a difference I don't know)
1 Bronzong SF (Cycler)
3 Sableye SF
1 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA
1 Unknown G GE (for Electivire, I only have one)

Note 1: I have no Claydols
Note 2: I was thinking about a Palkia G and the Lv.X ( I don't have the GE or the Tin) but don't know how it would help other than Lost Cyclone which I like.

Trainers: 16
1Poketurn
2 Energy Gain
2 Super Scoop Up
2 Rare Candy
2 Switch (would Warp Points be better?)
1 Great Ball
1 Luxury Ball
2 Premier Ball
2 Level Max (for Electivire, I would hate to have to play it to level it up)
1 Memory Berry

Supporters: 10
2 Cyrus's Conspiracy
3Bebe's Search
3 Roseanne's Research
2 Aaron's Collection (for energy retrival)

Stadiums: 0
I think that Broken Time Space could help but Don't know how to fit it. I am hoping that Infernape buys me enough time.

Energy: 12
5 Water
7 Fire

Strategy:
Hopefully start with a Sableye and get out Infernape as quickly as possibe to start doing damage and being disruptive while I get out Bronzong and at least two Salamence. Use Bronzong to build up the Salamence. Bring up an AR Salamence level up and use Shoot Through for 4, or start hitting with Steam Blast or Steam Twister to get a double prize as quickly as possible, hopefully I already have one or two from Infernape. In the mean time I hopefully now have Eletivire Lv.X on the bench to recycle the discarded energy and have been able to rotate a Salamence with SSU or retreat if necessary and continue the assault.
I worry about being able to recycle the energies and getting at least two Salamence set up before I am forced to play someone else's game.

Let me know if you think this deck is viable and what I may do to improve it.

I dont know if I like that Strategy you got going. Blaziken and salmence don't work that well, and electivire?

I think you should use ards like Crobat G and stuff like that so you can weaken your opponents beach pokemon. Then you want to level up into the level X and get a double ko with regular slamence's first attack. That way you get 4 prize cards with 1 attack

Shoot Through, I like that, 4 prizes that is great fun!! It does take 3 energy... Maybe I should use an Infernape 4 and do Split Bomb.
As far as Electivire, what else can I use to get three energy out of the discard and onto a Salamence? I suppose I could use Night Maintenance or Palmers as long as Bronzong is alive and maybe more Aaron's.

Yeah using Delcatty with him is amazing. I think that Infernape 4 can work out well too. then you also have cards lik gallade 4, Bronzong (cursed alloy), and giratina

What are you talking about? You use SF Salamence's 2nd attack because it's more does 120 damage. The first only does 50. You can't get 4 prizes in 1 shot with Salamence LV. X unless you knock out a Pokemon with an Expert Belt when you use Double Fall.

You still couldn't get 4 prize cards off of that, it would be 3.

What are you talking about salmence level X's Double fall say exactly

"For eachof your opponent's pokemon you knocked Out during this turn by damage from Salamence's attacks this turn take one more prize card". that means if you get a double knock out with his first attack then you get 4 prize cards.

What i've been doing is running salamence as more of a tech. I htink it works far better than a salamence based deck. At the moment im tryin abamasnow SF for tanking and spreading. Usually gives plenty of time to set up sally to come in and start cleaning up. I just need to find more consistency. I've also been thinking about trying a garchomp md build and just throwing in 2-2 salamence/sally x with snowpoint temples and expert belts for 200 HP sally x's

In case anyone is interested.

I played this list at league last night. I never had the need for or the opportunity to play the Electivire so I am just going to toss it our and add an Aaron's Collection and a Bebe's. Bronzong's Cycler worked really well and I was able to get it out quick enough to load up on energy for the Salamence. I never got to use shoot through for 4 prizes and I also never had the chance to use Salamence's Battle Rush. Infernape did provide the cover I needed to power up 1 Sally and start the second. I found that with the energy I was able to accumulate with Cycler and Aaron's I could use Steam Twister for 2 prizes with 5 energy then use Steam Blast over an over. I did lose one Sally in one game but the other was ready to go and so I fared well, (3-0) in all my matches. I will look to find a way to fit in more switches and warps. Everything went much more smoothly when I was able to open with Sableye.

I should say that I did not play any of the tier 1 competitve lists.

ok first of all i totally agree with the fact that sally should be used as a tech Rayquaza8558 is exactly right about how this deck should be plaied i use a pokemon that can spread like my favorite pokemon are kingdra for 1 energy sets up quick gives you time for sally and second is magmortar it heals and it spreads i play kingdra currently with crobats for the spread to take the 4 prizes and late game u can take prizes with the kindra with the water energy attack or the salamence big attack
