Just played my sons dragtrode with it and got killed. Did I not play right or does this deck not have a chance against dragtrode?

I didn't see much Milotic at Nats...

You need 4 battle frontier and 2 cursed stones. NO PLUSLE because you need to run holon engine. Also plusle takes away from eggs first attack since plusle is not delta species. Your pickachu lines are metal types not electric. Last, supporters are holon types only, no celio's.

Doesn't the Holon engine set up with Jirachi... also taking away from the deck? So is there no set up cards at all?

Why would want Jirachi? Your Raichu would hurt him when using his first attack...so that isn't good. But don't think this deck really needs any "Set-Up" Pokemon to do good. The Holon Engine should be good enough to get the cards you need to get set up.

I wondered the same thing...I would think it would be a waste of space. But, I'm not really sure...only thing is that if not evolved right away and is on the Bench...Raichu and Cursed Stone will hurt it.

Well, let's look at its tournament record vs those decks (I'm not positive on these, but they're close).

LBS: 12-3 (Me 2-1, Martin 4-0, Eric/PokeWisconsin 6-2)
Dragtrode: 3-0 (All Martin)
Flariados: 4-1 (Martin 4-0, I lost on a Holon's Magnemite start + bad hand )
Rock Lock: 2-1 (All Eric)
SallyGross: Who plays that?

Not bad I'd say.

Martin and AJ both needed an invite. Martin took 1st and AJ 2-4 dropped, so the plan almost worked. -_-
