Why Smeargle? Worse starter in the format now is him since Junipers came out.

No the worst starter in the format is elekid.

You can choose to use a different supporter if they have one. Or if your hand is good and you think they might have a juniper don't use smeargle's power.

Like matchups? No, sorry. I don't go to tournies as much as I would like. However, this summer I will try to get out there. I will put something up, don't worry :)

The only thing that I can think of that needs to be resolved is how to deal with Reshiram/Zekrom. I suppose I could use Zoroark, but I would need Pluspower for a OHKO. Any suggestions on what I should take out? Btw, if I use Zoroark's Foul Play to copy an opponent's attack, do the effects apply to me as well?

To beat these, I think Vileplume is needed. It does make the deck slower, but my preventing your oppone t playing a PlusPower for the OHKO can be game changing. Metapod obviously helps with 'ram.
And yes. Foul play copies everything the attack copied does, including effects. If you Foul Play Zekrom;s Bolt Strike, you do 40 to yourself. If you Foul Play Blue Flare you discard 2 R Energy attached to Zoroark. Note that Blue Flare doesn't actually need you to discard 2 Energy to do the attack is just says discard 2 R energy. If your Zoroark doesn't have any R energy on it, you deal 120 without discarding any energy. If it does have any thoough, you discard 2 of them. If there's only 1, you discard that.
If Blue Flare said something like "Discard 2 R Energy attached to this Pokémon. If you can't, this attack does nothing" and Zoroark copies it without any R, then obviously it won't work.

I love the idea of Vileplume, honestly. Unfortunately though, this deck here is struggling to set up, and the decrease in speed is not something I need. I have tinkered with it to the point where it looks almost unrecognizable, but after all that, I still struggle to set up. If there are any other suggestions, then please, I would love to hear them :)

lol. That's very similar to mine.
I'm thinking of testing with heavy refreshing draw cards similar to what I have used in DonChamp. It might not work as well but it's worth a try. I'm basically testing with more Oak's and Copycats. But not Juniper since this isn't the best deck to use it in large amounts. I only run 2, any more and you'd be discarding your Reuniclus line all the time!

Alright guys, major changes here. First off, I decided to get rid of Zoroark because I had way too many techs, but I will probably re-add him after I find some suitable space. I also got rid of Smeargle because I felt that he was not necessary in this deck. After some play-testing, I found that I was not getting my one Leaf Storm Serperior out as often as I needed because I kept prizing it, and so I added another in exchange for a Royal Heal. And Nintendan, I know you have been recommending him for a while, so I decided to test out Vileplume, and it is working well. The biggest changes are reflected in my Trainer line. Because I am running Vileplume now, I needed an engine to support it, so I made a few changes. I decided to max out Elm's and add Copycat. I still can't make up my mind on whether or not I like Juniper, so I only added two. That way, if I change my mind about them, I can switch them with PONT. Just incase I discard anything too painful with Juniper, I have an extra Flower Shop Lady to get it back.

*Sigh* You posted before I had the chance to explain my changes.

EDIT: I got rid of the Juniper and added Copycat in her place. I also exchanged a Communication for a Copycat.
